I tried buying from AE with my GTBank Mastercard and I get a message from AE that (in summary) I need to upload my ID, Bank Statement and Credit Card pictures. And that my money will be back to my bank account in 7-10 days.I uploaded them but I still haven't received any response yet.
Is this normal because I haven't read from anyone's post that he's having the same problem.
