Jimbiz: how do i fund my nairabet account with m atm card Click on deposit and select atm/credit card. It will take you to interswitch site where you enter your card details. Make sure the phone number you used in registering the bank account is there cos they will send you a pin (that's for gtbank sha). Hope you find this helpful |

I think someone cannot cash your cheque for you because the payee name you put when opening the account is suppose to be same as the bank account name. You should open your own dom. account. Its not that hard and doesn't take time |

I have had these domains (naijayo.com and naijayo.info) and one other for close to 5 months now and I don't know what to host or do with it. I don't want them to expire without doing something with them. I was thinking of blogging but I don't want the trouble of seo and other things. I also thought of making a forum but I can't manage it or should I say, I can't get users to join the forum. Any ideas on what to do with them would be great. Thank you! |

Adinije: thanks@huzaifaidris, I didn't register on the site. Which of these third parties(CVM, texaco1) do you think would bid and buy for me? For ebay, I think texaco is your best bet. He has many positive feedbacks here on nairaland. CVM offers great service too |

Adinije: gurus in the house, pls someone should please explain to me how ebay bidding price of a thing works. I saw these ads: wap.ebay.com/Pages/ViewItem.aspx?aid=290989459864&emvAD=320x240&sv=unlocked%20samsung%20galaxy%20s2&emvcc=0&nbcol=0%7Cnull, wap.ebay.com/Pages/ViewItem.aspx?aid=290989459864&emvAD=320x240&sv=unlocked%20samsung%20galaxy%20s2&emvcc=0&nbcol=0%7Cnull the price was cheap or does it mean that it will still go up at the expiration of bidding duration? It may and may not rise. That is why you have to keep your eyes on the product towards the end of the bidding. If you are lucky, no one will bid more than you and sometimes, people are just waiting for the last minute to bid. I once won a bid of a Blackberry Curve 3 for only $11 but didn't pay sha. |

Rockyfancino: I just keep asking questions without reply on this thread, i thought this thad was supposed to be a very helpfull thread for Newbies. I have used GTBank Naira Mastercard on amazon and it worked fine. Try yours and make your own story too You can make enquiry on dhl site and they will call you. Most suppliers have connection to dhl so they might charge you less but I think its around $70+ per kg to Nigeria Bear in mind that you cannot ship directly to Nigeria from amazon. You can only use services that forwards your package down to Nigeria like myus.com hope you find my answers helpful |

I placed an order on AE and it has been shipped through HKpost but I can't track it uptill now and it has been a week today. I used both 17track and HK tracking site but still nothing. Is this normal because the other order I placed was shipped through Chinapost and in 3 or 4 days I was able to track it. Seller has good reputation though and I have seen feedback from Nigerians too |

Rockyfancino: can i buy something from ebay and get it shipped to a village. because i live in a village in ondo state, although there's is an address written boldly on the wall of my house. Am just afraid becase i don't know if they will be able to locate my house. And again, My house is off- street. so i dont know if i should use the off- street address. I think the post office would call you if your goods arrive and if they can't loacte you. Just make sure your phone number is written when purchasing |

Thanks to surveycash and el-matteo for leading us and encouraging us with this thread. After long research and reading of this thread, I decided to give it a try. I bought some 8GB flash drive and transaction was successful and item has been shipped. But I have a question. I once read a post regarding DHL and shipping of lithium battery. I heard they have policy about it due to airline safety. Does that mean they can't ship Tablet PC or Laptops for you if you buy and ship through them? Because I want to try buying and shipping through dhl. |

huzaifaidris: I tried buying from AE with my GTBank Mastercard and I get a message from AE that (in summary) I need to upload my ID, Bank Statement and Credit Card pictures. And that my money will be back to my bank account in 7-10 days.I uploaded them but I still haven't received any response yet. Can anyone please answer my questions? I have been stranded for more than a week now and my money has not been returned to my account and I still get that same message. @surveycash, please |
