This scenario is similar to something that occurred in my area months back. When new electric pre-paid meters were brought and fixed for each individual, 25 units was freely granted to each customer. I however observed that some individuals only switch on their meter between 7pm and 9pm to conserve the free units. That's what the federal government wants to do. No matter how much you try to cut cost, you will still end up spending, just like no matter how much those people save their units will stop it from being exhausted. Except this is a short term measure, government needs to create avenues for it to get revenue. Closing this and closing that might give us extra bucks, but then, that does not mean we are getting wealthy. We need diversify from oil NOW and get revenue from other sectors. 11 Likes 1 Share |

your idea of first class students always cramming is not always true. Some first class students just constantly familiarize with the text till it naturally becomes part of them. In that way, they don't miss a word or phrase and get 'hooked' by crammer. Also, first class students rarely have girlfriends or boyfriends. They might have someone they crush about or admire but they often restrain themselves from making commitments. Relationships needs sacrifice. And one of such is time. You will constantly need time to talk, hang out to keep the flame burning. Is it the first class student that attended class from 8am to maybe 5pm or 6pm and would: read, rest, do assignments, chores, fellowship etc that would have time for relationship? This one is strong. OP, nothing hurts like discovering that you've been in a relationship with just yourself. 1. If a guy makes excuses not to communicate with a woman he loves, then there is something wrong. No matter how busy he might be, a one minute call a day to show you matter to him or a simple sms should suffice. 2. If he compares you with someone else, he simply infers that you are not unique to him, meaning there is an alternative to you. You are just not that person that stands out from the crowd for him. 3. If he does not discuss long term about you both, case closed. Dude does not want to simply say in future that he promised you something and he did not fulfil it. My dear, he's being very careful, so you won't say he jilted you. My advice: schedule a talk with him, on phone or skype and ask him questions that have arisen from your doubts.
