As much as colonialism had stronger negative influence it also has its positive influence whether we like to consider it or not. (positive) IT led to the introduction of western education to Africans (nigerians) although they only wanted to teach us the basics. Secondly it led to the introduction of english language which is a universal language. Thirdly the colonials introduced us to western civilization i.e their ways of dressing, modern hospitals, modern roads, Technologies e.t.c. even though it was for their own selfish needs. Fourtly The colonials taught us the modern ways of governing which is still in use up to date (we had our own ways of governing b4 d colonials came). Fiftly the colonials Amalgamated the country as one and with dat they used the resources 4rm different part of the country to develop the less developed part. *There are other positive impacts but d ones av listed will be more agreeable even to a lame man.*

I'd advice u to stick to ur original choice cos any university will first consider those dat choose dem as their initial choice, so because of it ur chances of gaining admission is slim. But if u still want to go ahead wit it then u have to go to jamb office and obtain a change of institution form.

According to the new academic calender the resumption date is dated for 2nd of july. Their school of communication and d external partime campuses av already resumed. I think wat is delaying d registration process is d expected second indegenship list and the 2007/2008 post ume exam dat is taking place presently on the main campus. (registration shuld start latest by next week).

Lasu's admission process is now very transparent. You'll get admission as long as u pass the post ume although lagos state Indigenes have a greater. advantage.

There is no advice i can offer you other than to be very prepared cos the exam is tough i wrote the one for law so i cant say if dats how difficult everything is. Please note one thing" if u dont pass the post ume u are not getting admission so its better to be prepared cos they wount let u communicate wit any1 once u've started d exam. There's no Rons anywhere so dont let any1 see u as a mugu. And again if u are a lagos state indigene and u passed ur o'level and jamb exam very well for o'level preferably one sitting cos this is all what they use in awarding marks. There was an episode on oprah i watched, they were analysing how many sexual patners a female in America must have had b4 settling down. Most of the female both on her show and on the street said atleast 8 with 80% to 30% percentage, that is 80% female over there must have had atleast 8 sexual patners while only 30% might not have had up to that.

Yes it works cos am using my phone to browse. But its not free anymore they now charge quite reasonably depending on the page u open plus i think u must av up to 50 naira cos anytime i dont av up to dat and try browsing it dosen't connect. (plus i think it depends on d phone or if one has been connected once b4 they disconnected evry1) cos some ppl i know av tried it but its not been successful so am not sure if its depends on d phone one is using or not. But 4 me anytime they disconnect it i usually connect it back immeditely.

As 4 me i think its a normal thing cos its not evry1 dat will like you. And as some ppl said earlier its a price u pay for fame. Come to think of it its not restricted to celebs alone  cos as long as u are an human  being even animals and plants have haters. As a  human being some will like u  some will not especially if u are well to do some ppl will always look 4 dat negative side of you in d process they forget they've got theirs.
