Hi everyone, I am in the process of starting an exporting business in partnership with a friend in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. We would be shipping basic foodstuffs like:
Palm oil
Egusi
Ogbono
Garri
Spices and other things.
I would like to know the cost of basic foodstuffs in the country, so I can price my products appropriately. If there is anyone living in St. Vincent and the Grenadines here on NL, I would really appreciate your input.

Good day every one! Recently i entered a ditch with my car while on speed and it broke my exaust, i was able to weld it successfully, and the very loud noise stopped. But i noticed that anytime I want to take off, i hear this vibration sound (when I bring down my windows, i dont hear anything. But when my windows are up, I hear the sound) what could be the culprit?

There's nothing to check. If you do not have and noises or excessive play, stay out of the mechanics workshop . The suspension setup on the civic is not same with older hondas

Good day bosses,
So i bought a honda civic 2010 in july, using that oil percentage meter in the dashboard, i have changed the engine oil once. The road to my house is a bit gallopy, and I get a few hits in the chasis sometimes, i just feel like i need to take the car to a mechanic probably to check the legs becauae of the road I ply, I don't want to be caught by surprise. What do i tell the mechanic to check so i dont sound like a novice.

Nothing is wrong with the car, I just want to be on the safer side.

Good day bosses... I drive a 2010 honda civic and I usually notice a clunking sound anytime I shift gears. I also noticed that when I press my brakes and release it, there is this springy sound that I hear. Lastly, when I turn my steering, I hear like a rubber rubbing rubber sound.

Don't know, but this is what i saw on the tyre: P205/55R1689H.
I think the rim is 16

Your oil spec is written on your oil cap, should be Synthetic 5W20
