Some people don’t mind to be used as disposable tools, thinking they are important to russia or that the country has their best interests in mind. It’s all deception, from recruitment to the frontline. |

Having a job would likely place you in similar situation, you sound desperate so probably you’re willing to take anything. With that said, which skill is in you? do you know how to barb, paint etc. Also you can use the model of having a physical asset eg photocopy machine, blender, clipper etc, things that people use everyday and charge a fee. |

Fujiyama: ^^^ E pass rough play oh.
I was at Ibadan zoo several years ago after the unfortunate incident of the 'prophet' who climbed into the lion's enclosure and lost his life after he was mauled by one of the male lions. I was there a day or two after it happened and the zoo keepers were at the enclosure, trying to do a post event assessment.
One of the keepers said that if it were one of the lionesses that had attacked the man, his body wouldn't have been recovered. Apparently, its much, much harder to get lionesses to release a victim/prey once they attack. Even if shots are fired into the air or loud noises are made to distract them, the lionesses (unlike the males) tend not to let go of the victim/prey.
That child was very lucky. Oh really? so even in nature, females can be ruthless to enemy with no mercy |

Wisemanh333: How do we address the issue? It's one thing to identify an issue and a different thing entirely to profer solution.
What measures are you putting in place within your capacity toward having a society devoid of "societal clout seeking elements" as you put it. It would be difficult for a single individual to put measures in place because everyone is subjected to freedom of expression and also because content is money these days. The income from social media content is far greater than working a 9am- 5pm if an individual has the audience or know-how capacity . So it’s now a case of silly people, doing ridiculous stuffs for big money. Personally, I worked on a project called ChelseaPlayers.com. I assembled a team for this, so atleast, I directed the force of synergy to a reasonable project. But to answer your question, when I am in the right mental space, I will develop the asset “NigerianWorkforce.com”. The project will be aimed at upskilling and reskilling Nigerians to take on constructive national and international projects. Too many jobless people. |

Globad: No problem
At least you have moved from one position to the other.
I've noticed that the easiest thing that people do in Nigeria is to criticise everything in sight. Practically everything in sight. With fundamentals as an entrepreneur, and with lots of pressing issues, a project which converts community speciality to strength, caters to solving the needs of subjects through skills acquisition etc would be much more beneficial and make a lot of people financially free. I wish this project will last longer than 50 years. Leaders travel and know the difference, however they choose to do little empowering projects, with taxpayers money, just to keep people in place for accolades. |

Celebrities › Re: "Why I Refused To Prostrate To Ooni Of Ife" - Omoyele Sowore by Hypnotise: 7:13am On Feb 21 |
MamaFryo: Sowore just shot himself in the foot, and I doubt if he will recover from this politically.
Did you just say you refused to prostrate for the throne of the Ooni of Ife simply because the current Ooni made you wait for him in his palace for 3 hours before he came out to attend to you? You are a disgrace to your family. Sowore, I used to like your boldness, but with reservations, because I believe that you and Peter Obi's frequent fights with the current administration are driven by selfishness and not for Nigeria's benefit. If not, both of you wouldn't be seeing Nigeria's ship sinking and still be fighting to maintain a fraudulent togetherness.
Is it with this same arrogance that you're planning to rule Nigeria as president? Why is it that everyone is becoming crazy by the day? Why is it that no one is respecting the thrones of our fathers anymore? I really don't blame you. Democracy, designed by the British for us, is meant to mock our culture and traditions, and the foreign religion is meant to erase our identity.
So someone like Omoyele Sowore can insult the throne of the Ooni of Ife and come out to proudly say it. Can he say that about the late queen of England or any other king over there? Can he do that in the palace of the Sultan of Sokoto? This is exactly what we're talking about. Yoruba kings need to brace up, stop following Fulani and politicians, stop attending every event, and get back their dignity.
A throne you preserve is respected with values more than a throne you take out every other weekend.
By the way, as much as we're trying to wake up our kings, Omoyele Sowore or any other person has no right to speak arrogantly to the throne of our forefathers.
Just like what I said when people called it humility for the Ooni to almost prostrate for former President Obasanjo and others, it will have consequences, because everybody now stands the chance to disrespect Yoruba heritage, something they can't try with Fulani, let alone in Saudi Arabia. The poster above me sounds deluded to the best of my knowledge. He left the main issue , and brought Obi into the discussion even when Obi was not with Sowore in the palace. So because Sowore refused to prostrate to Oni simply means his life will end, yeye. Instead of him to address that, he turned it into political attack , and still brought in Obi into the discussion as if vying for presidency is not within his right, or the person he is supporting has more right to be president than Obi. That is delusion at its height. Cowardly comment, next time quote with your full chest @Pierocash |
