There is something you guys don't simply understand, you can't discern spiritual things canally.
Just becareful what you say because if you are totally wrong and lead people astray with your words ,then remember you are not fighting pastors or teachers or any man of God but you fighting God himself. Tithe and offering belongs to God ,pay your tithe and offering and remove your mind and thoughts from what the church is using it for because it belongs to God and whosoever mishandle the tithe or the offering will be punished by God himself be him a pastor or not.
No amount of words you write here can change how God operates ,so leave God's duty to him and do what he asks you to do .
All of us here including myself pointing fingers we have all fallen short of the glory of God one way or the other and we commit worse sins ,instead of us to be busy working out our salvation with fear and trembling to make sure we make heaven at last we are here judging others.
Be warned God is not a respecter of any man ,before you comment anything that has to do with God examine yourself first.
just listen to yourself

PoliticsIPOB: Nnamdi Kanu ‘abducted, Probably Killed’ — Lawyer by iahmed(op): 4:36pm On Sep 20, 2017
The lawyer representing the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, says he has not communicated with his client since September 14, when Mr. Kanu’s Abia State home was “invaded” by soldiers.

The lawyer, Ifeanyi Ejiofor, was reacting to reports that Mr. Kanu had gone into hiding.
In a statement Tuesday, Mr. Ejiofor claimed his client was abducted by military operatives on September 14. He said “Mr. Kanu has probably been killed”.

Mr. Kanu was last seen in public on September 10, after his supporters clashed with soldiers. Mr. Ejiofor said some IPOB supporters were killed the clash.

However, a letter purportedly signed by Mr. Kanu, quoted the IPOB leader as saying he would not be attending an earlier scheduled meeting with South East governors last Friday.

“In view of the concerted effort by the oppressive Nigerian state to shatter the peace and tranquility of the South-East and the rest of Biafraland through military intimidation, it has become necessary for me to clarify why, regrettably, I may not be able to attend Friday’s meeting with the South-East governors as earlier agreed, for three main reasons,” , the letter, published by Punch newspaper, said.

Mr. Ejiofor said he could not confirm the authenticity of the letter as he had not been in contact with his client since September 14.

Mr. Ejiofor said Mr. Kanu was abducted, and claimed that reports that his client had gone into hiding were merely aimed at “diverting the attention of the public”.
“I have no doubt whatsoever that stories making round that my Client has fled outside Nigeria, were planted to divert attention from their murderous raid on my client’s house.
I made last contact with my client few minutes into the bloody onslaught in his home on the 14th day of September 2017. Till date, I have not established further communication with him.

“The soldiers must have made possible contact with him on this 14th day of September 2017, when they invaded his house on a bloody raid, and by virtue of which position, they should tell the world if he was caught by fire of bullets in the hit of the bloody onslaught or he was arrested alive.

“In all probability, my client may have been killed by the invading soldiers who are now seeking ways to fool the world into believing that he has left the country. My request is that the military should produce my client wherever they kept him and stop diverting attention of the public,” Mr. Ejiofor said.

Army spokesperson, Sani Usman, could not be immediately reached. He neither pick nor return calls Tuesday. He also did not return text messages.

Kelechi Mbamnozie, an Igbo who works with the UN writes from New York
Nnamdi Kanu, the acclaimed leader of IPOB was not supposed to be in any hiding, never.
The fact that he is not operating openly now tells you all something, he is on the wrong side of this agitation again. The struggle for self-determination even if possible, transcends beyond an individual.
Kanu was advised to rally around the traditional and political leaders of the South. As an Igbo man, I was thought honor, respect, love, self-giving, and honesty by my parents and the community where I grew up. You cannot bring a fight inside the house, if you do, such a person is considered a fool.
When Kanu was released, he enjoyed the encomiums of the majority of Nigerians who saw the Federal Governments lawless detention as evil and unconstitutional because he never committed any crime to be locked up for 2 yrs. He was hosted by Senators and Governors, his father's house became a Mecca of sought, he enjoyed the people's patronage.
Not until the butterfly started thinking himself a bird, the self-aggrandizement overwhelmed him so much that he declared: "there would not be any election in Anambra" and his reasons? Because Kanu said so. He brought the battle into his home. He started receiving Genuflection as a tiny god he approved himself of, and even Senator Abaribe who was among the people that signed his bail surety couldn't speak reason into his skull, he spoke to him, Eastern Governors and some traditional rulers spoke to him, he was too pompous to apply wisdom, humility, and honor, but he wants others to accord him the same.
Now, all those people who would have stood behind him are doubtful of his intentions, so they stayed clear of him. Now, that they have started chasing him, where will he run into? "Lack of wisdom"
Now, this is his SIN. The moment he commissioned the local army on record, posted it out on social media and spoke openly at a rally about the need to have the Biafra Secret Force, he failed from grace, he not only entered into the nest orchestrated by the Nigeria State, he ignited the article in the Constitution of Nigeria that prohibits anyone from organizing an army against the sovereignty, whether you like it or not, Nigeria is a sovereignty, Biafra is not and was never so it is not even a conquered territory.
We reached out to Kanu, advised him to be cautious and apply wisdom, he never listened, he cursed everyone who disagreed with him, we are all "Efulefu". he cut off his communication channel with those who would have helped.
Instead of calling for the boycott of Anambra Election, even when you are not from Anambra, you could have channeled that energy to become a political force in the East, compel your followers to come out in masse and vote in the election and ensure that they elect a credible non-corrupt Governor and House Assemblies knowing that every power and politics is local, you would have scored a gigantic political WIN right there and the Federal Government will start taking you seriously.
You ensure that the same thing in Anambra is replicated it in all the South Eastern and the South Southern States, unseat all these criminal Senators, House members, Governors and let us have our own devoted people represent us for once, NO, Nnamdi was so arrogant that he forgot his culture.
Anambra of all places, the home of Azikiwe, where we have the timbers and calibers of the East, they saw his afront as an insult, just there alone, Kanu diminished his patronage among Eastern Elders who would have been his backbone. (Elders stays at watch as they send the young to battle).
In the course of my career, I have seen deaths, people who died in the face of war and the earth refused to bury them, their carcas decaying that even vultures were so full that they could not feed anymore. I have seen men, real men, rebels in the face of war, their skulls shattered, their bones and legs ripped off, some bled to their death, but among all, there is nothi

Science/TechnologyMeet The Newest Recruits Of Dubai's Police Force: Robo-cars With Facial-recognit by iahmed(op): 9:14am On Jul 29, 2017
Mini autonomous police cars paired with
companion drones and facial-recognition technology will begin patrolling the streets of Dubai by the end of the year to help identify and track suspects.

The announcement by city officials this week comes as Dubai races to reshape the future of its law enforcement.

But don't expect a high-speed chase out of the little cars. In demonstrations, the robot never appears to move beyond a stroll's pace.

But the four-wheeled security vehicle comes with a built-in aerial drone that can be deployed to surveil areas and people that the robot can't reach.

Named the O-R3, the patrol car can navigate on its own using machine-learning algorithms, but police can control the robot remotely from behind a computer dashboard.

The vehicle also comes equipped with thermal imaging and license-plate readers. The manufacturer, Singapore-based Otsaw Digital, claims the car-and-drone duo is the first of its kind.

The Dubai police force and Otsaw said the robots are intended not to replace human officers but to better manage resources and manpower - Otsaw touts that the vehicles can operate 24/7 and recharge themselves.

"We seek to augment operations with the help of technology such as robots," Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, the head of the Dubai police, said in a statement.

"Essentially, we aim for streets to be safe and peaceful without heavy police patrol."

Last month, Dubai recruited the world's first police bot, tasked not with dispensing weaponised justice but with the more modest assignment of monitoring tourist attractions. The robot, dubbed "RoboCop," speaks two languages - English and Arabic - but soon will speak four, officials said.

But the electronic officer is just the first of many to come. Within the next few years, the city will introduce a nearly 10-foot-tall model, capable of speeds of almost 50 mph, that can also be controlled by a human officer from inside its frame and carry heavy equipment.

By 2030, Dubai plans for robots to make up 25 percent of its police force.

When it comes to this matter the real illeteracy of nigerian xtians is exposed
1. All courses from primary to university are being taught in english the languange which nigerian xtians are reading their bible, yet nigerian muslims never cry of chrisanization.
2. Muslims must go to work on fridays but saturdays and sundays are declared weekends for xristians to go churches. Yet no muslim cry of christanization.
3. 70% of federal workers are xtians yet muslims never cry of christanization.
4. Of 16 years of pdp rule: 14 years are for southern xtians and only 2 years are for muslims, yet no single muslim cry christanization of nigeria.

Another annoying thing is the so called men of god (men of money) who are misguiding their gullible and illeterate xtian followers. I wonder what is the meaning of literacy if the so-calle xtians are literac

FamilyAppreciating Our Past... by iahmed(op): 10:43pm On Jul 02, 2017
it is easy to be negative about past mistakes and unhappiness. But it is much more healing to look at ourselves and our past in the light of experience, acceptance, and growth.
Our past is a series of lessons that advance us to higher levels of living and loving. The relationships we entered, stayed in or ended taught us necessary lessons.
Some of us have emerged from the most painful circumstances with strong insights about who we are and what we want. Our mistakes? Necessary. Our frustrations, failures, and sometimes stumbling attempts at growth and progress? Necessary too. Each step of the way, we learned. We went through exactly the experiences we need to, to become who we are today. Each step of the way, we progressed. Is our past a mistake? No. The only mistake we can make is mistaking that for the truth.
Today, God, help me let go of negative thoughts I may be harbouring about my past circumstances or relationships. I can accept, with gratitude, all that has brought me to today.

Science/TechnologyScientists Have Stored A Movie, A Computer Os,in A Single Speck Of DNA by iahmed(op):
"The highest-density data-storage device ever created."
Scientists have developed what they claim is the most efficient data storage technique ever, with a new DNA-encoding method that approaches the theoretical maximum for information stored per nucleotide.
Using an algorithm called DNA Fountain, the researchers squeezed six files into a single speck of DNA – including a short film, an entire computer OS, and an Amazon gift card – but that's just for starters. The team says the same technique could effectively compress all the world's data into a single room.
Not only is DNA data storage an amazing space saver; the technique could also enable us to preserve knowledge with extreme robustness and longevity – unlike traditional technology media, which is known to succumb to all kinds of faults with time.
"DNA won't degrade over time like cassette tapes and CDs, and it won't become obsolete – if it does, we have bigger problems," says computer scientist Yaniv Erlich from Columbia University.
DNA storage itself isn't new, with the technique pioneered in 2012 by researchers at Harvard University, who figured out how to compress a 53,400-word book into the genetic code of synthetic DNA molecules, and then read the data back using DNA sequencing.
Since then various other teams have been trying to optimise the technique, with Microsoft claiming last year that a method it had come up with was 20 times more efficient than the previous record.
In turn, Erlich and fellow researcher Dina Zielinski from the New York Genome Centre now say their own coding strategy is 100 times more efficient than the 2012 standard, and capable of recording 215 petabytes of data on a single gram of DNA.
For context, just 1 petabyte is equivalent to 13.3 years' worth of high-definition video, so if you feel like glancing disdainfully at the external hard drive on your computer desk right now, we won't judge.
At the heart of the researchers' system is an algorithm originally designed to detect and fix errors in streaming video applications.
According to the researchers, the same kind of mechanism can be used to avoid errors when reading back binary data (made up of 1s and 0s) that's been translated into the four nucleotide bases in DNA: A, G, C, and T.
"[N]ot all DNA molecules are created equally," Erlich told Dexter Johnson at IEEE Spectrum.
"If you have DNA molecules that have a long stretch of the same nucleotide, such as AAA, it is not very favourable for the informatics machinery. It's very hard to read this molecule without an error. So you want to avoid stretches like that."

The researchers' algorithm manages to avoid errors when reading back the DNA data by additionally encoding a series of hints about what the information should look like once decoded.
This mean that not only can you recreate any DNA fragments that get lost in the process – it's also highly optimised.
"We showed that we can reliably store information on DNA, and that our organising of information approaches 'optimal packing,'", Erlich told Katherine Lindemann at ResearchGate, "meaning it is nearly impossible to fit more information on the same amount of DNA material."
To test the system, the team compressed six files: a computer OS; an 1895 French short film, Arrival of a train at La Ciotat; a US$50 Amazon gift card; a computer virus; a Pioneer plaque; and an academic paper by information theorist Claude Shannon.
The overall file size of the complete package was relatively tiny – coming in at just 2MB – but the important thing was testing to see if the DNA Fountain algorithm was able to encode the binary information into genetic data without losing any of the information.
After the digital data – represented in a list of 72,000 DNA strands – was converted into a speck of DNA molecules carried in a vial, the researchers were able to sequence the DNA and recover the files with zero errors.
While it's an impressive result, the team says it will be some time before the expense of storing and reading data in DNA makes sense for the rest of us. For their 2MB package, the researchers spent $7,000 to synthesise the DNA, and another $2,000 to sequence it.
Erlich thinks it could be more than a decade before DNA storage becomes accessible to the general public.
And even then, the technology might be reserved for things like recording patient data in medical systems, as opposed to being sold to consumers as the latest tech product.
"This is still the early stages of DNA storage. It's basic science," Erlich told Eva Botkin-Kowacki at The Christian Science Monitor.
"It's not that tomorrow you're going to go to Best Buy and get your DNA hard drive."
The findings are reported in Science.

HealthSeven Signs Of Kidney Damage by iahmed(op): 8:26am On Mar 02, 2017
If your Kidney is in Danger, the Body Will Give you These 7 Signs!

The kidneys are one of the most important organs in your body. They are essential for filtering the blood and maintaining it stable, preventing a buildup of excess fluids and waste products, regulating the blood pressure, balancing the electrolyte levels, promoting a red blood cell production, as well as keeping the bones strong and healthy.

A compromised kidney function has a negative effect on your overall health, which is why it is extremely important to recognize the warning signs of kidney damage.
Kidney Damage

Here are the most common symptoms which indicate that your kidneys are being damaged.

Upper Back Pain

If you suffer from kidney damage, you are likely to experience pain in your upper back. The kidney pain is usually one-sided ache in your upper back, commonly accompanied by urinary changes and fever.
In case you are dealing with spasms and severe pain, you could be suffering from some kidney infection or kidney stones.

Skin Rash

A kidney failure is often characterized by an appearance of skin rash or severe itching. If your kidneys are unable to remove the waste products from your blood, the waste accumulation can cause dryness and irritation on your skin.
If the occurrence of skin rash is related to kidney damage, you wouldn’t be able to treat it with any ointments and creams.

Swelling

An occurrence of unexpected swelling can be a symptom of kidney failure. When your kidneys are not working properly, they are unable to remove the excess fluids from your body, which can lead to swelling in your face, hands, legs, ankles, and feet.

Fatigue

If your kidneys are healthy, there is a proper production of erythropoietin, or EPO, a hormone responsible for encouraging the bone marrow to make new red blood cells which carry oxygen.
However, damaged kidneys fail to produce a sufficient amount of EPO, resulting in a lack of a new supply of red blood cells and oxygen in the body.
When this happens, your brain and muscles became easily fatigued, and your body is more tired, cold, and less able to focus. The shortage of oxygen-carrying red blood cells commonly leads to anemia.

Shortness of Breath

When you suffer from kidney damage, your body is commonly starved of oxygen. The lack of oxygen that is carried by the red blood cells leads to shortness of breath which is caused by an accumulation of fluids and waste products in the lungs.

Changes in Urination

The occurrence of changes in urination is one of the early warning signs of kidney failure.
These changes include an appearance of foamy urine, urine containing blood, increased frequency of urination with pale urine, reduced frequency of urination with dark colored urine, urinating in the middle of the night, or difficulty urinating.

Metallic Taste in Your Mouth

A loss of appetite or a change in your food preferences can occur as a result of a waste accumulation in your blood. This is one of the most common symptoms of kidney damage.
