Because they will say he had hand that's the reason he could be able to steal. why must ur hand be always faster than your brain? If at all you want to criticise, let it be based on evidence and not faulty assumptions n conjectures. For ur info, in dose Arab countries, if it is ascertained dat the reason he stole dat pot of soup is because he's hungry and starved, he'll be set free n catered for. Politics › Re: Is President Goodluck Jonathan Really Bad? by iamakbar(m): 12:08am On Feb 15, 2015 |
Bog12: Is President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan Really Bad? Am not a Politician but I was just evaluating GEJ so far in the office, yes he is corrupt! whenever the body is rotten the head is bad so he is corrupt so do all other past Leaders but.....
1] Goodluck Jonathan signed FOI bill that Obasanjo refused to sign and you join then in saying that Goodluck is bad.
2] Goodluck approved N18,000 Minimum wage from N7,500 Which Obasanjo refused to sign and you say that Goodluck is bad and NYSC allowance from N7,500 to nearly approved N39,500, yet they say he is bad.
3] Goodluck dualized federal roads (about 25,000km) which Obasanjo and past Govts abandoned and you say Goodluck is bad.
4] The rail system is working now, with little budget But Obasanjo Sunk billions of dollars without result, other pasts leader ignored and you say that Goodluck is bad.
5] Goodluck has been conducting free and fair elections whereas the ones conducted under Obasanjo are Shameful and national disgrace yet you say Goodluck is bad.
6] Goodluck established 12 new universities, 9 in the North to improve learning and knowledge and increase the Jambites admission rate, yet you say that Goodluck is bad.
7] Goodluck established the Almajiri system for Northern abandoned street children and those deprived of education by their own people and you say Goodluck is bad.
8] Goodluck has been building dams and improving the country's power from 2500mW to 6,000MW - And successfully privatized the sector which many analyst believed is the best way to go and you joined them say that Goodluck is bad.
9] Agriculture have been revamped and for the first time in Nigerian history, Food prices came down during Christmas, instead of skyrocketing and you say that he is a bad President.
10] 2013 and 2014 was the Christmas in Nigeria, where Nigerian did not sleep in filling stations for 3 to 4 days to get Petrol or 100s of people being roasted alive in attempts to get fuel in petrol stations, wickedly, you joined them to say that our God given President is not performing. 11] Airports are wearing world class looks and every zone have International airport and you say Goodluck is bad. 12] This administration has employed more people in their 5years in office than any other in the history of Nigeria [Via Agric, Energy sector,16 New Car Companies, 12 New Universities, 3,826 primary Health care Centers, Teaching Hospitals] SURE-P, YOUWIN and you say Goodluck is bad. Now do you think that General Muhammadu Buhari will perform magic, which he could not do when he was in his 40s, if you vote him?
What else do they want from President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan? outlining all these points with precision, one would expect u to mention- Subsidy removal(afterall u mentioned getting fuel easily in 2013 n 2014) Stella Oduah's prosecution( sorry she wasn't cos He gave her a way out) Abba Moro's punishment for killing Nigerian Graduates and a host of other markers of impugnity n lack of regard for integrity as displayed by that daft fatnosed inept mediocre called Jonathan! P.S--- am seriously looking for his phd thesis, I need to read it word for word jus to confirm my thoughts abo' d confused hypocrite. Find a better way to eulogize d bastard, this one is surely fallible. |

Literature › Creative Writers Needed. by iamakbar(op): 5:43pm On Feb 10, 2015*. Modified: 11:50am On Feb 11, 2015 |
Hello my name Oladepo oladiipo, a lead curator for a boutique I.T solution and conceptualization company. Presently, we have a platform through which we seek to revamp and glamourize reading and literature. This initiative is primarily targeted at secondary school teenagers as we hope to re-awaken their interest to reading through a gamified approach. We want to help these kids dream, we want to help them extend their imagination and their belief in themselves, such that a street kid from anywhere can believe that his/her world extends beyond his/her immediate environment. We hope to give them an inspiring alternate reality; one that would help them dream beyond the squalor of their society.
To achieve our set goals, we would need inspiring contributions from Nigerian writers. These write-ups will be duly referenced as the products of contributing writer(s). All we need is the consent of the writers to use their works. In addition, there would be a monthly competition that enables writers to showcase their creative pieces and selected writers are duly rewarded. To have a feel of what this project is all about, please visit pencil.macgrenor.com

This inhumane attack left in its wake a horrendous testimony to the inherent bestial nature of man as thousands of lifeless bodies, widowed fathers and orphaned children became the result of this condemnable act. However, i did not open this thread to remind of you the dead, rather i hope to sensitize us to awaken to the harsh realities around us. The greatest tyranny is keeping mum in the face of oppression. lend a voice to BAGA, let them know they've not been forgotten. Most importantly lets show the world we can set things right. let's condemn violence, let's forestall another baga from happenning.

As you may be aware, there has been a lot of volatility in the oil market in the past few months and due to this the importation prices of our petroleum products have been impacted.
Therefore, with the approval and directive of Mr. President and by virtue of Section 6 clause 1 of the Nigerian Petroleum Act, it is my responsibility as Minister of Petroleum Resources to hereby announce a reduction in the pump price of Petroleum Motor Spirit (Petrol) from the current Ninety Seven Naira (=N=97) per litre pump price down to Eighty Seven Naira (=N87=) per litre pump price, effective from twelve (12) midnight Sunday, 18th of January 2015.
Accordingly, I have directed the Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Agency (PPPRA) and the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) to ensure strict compliance of this price adjustment by all marketing companies.
It is my hope that all Nigerians will benefit from this adjustment. I thank you and God Bless you all.
