You people are missing something, is this not the road that lead to Obasanjo's hilltop mansion, farm and his bells university. The only palliative work done sometimes ago on some section was by pastor Oyedepo. Obasanjo didn't construct roads in south west and some people from a section of the country always boasting of voted for him. Lagos Ibadan was so bad under is tenure, until Jonathan and Buhari intervention. Benin ore was a nightmare, until also Jonathan fix it. This are some of the many reasons the Yorubas don't rate him high as a performer but our brothers from across the niger says otherwise.

First of all when VO was at Wolfsburg he was very poor at that TIME. So whatever he was getting reflected his youthful potential and current ability at THAT TIME.

But VO did not remain stagnant and kept relying continuously on past youthful glories.

He realised he was not good enough, so he had to develop, educate and improve himself over time. VO improved from season to season until he became the top goal scorer in Seria A.

Quality and oustanding consistent top level performance got him to this position not just EXPOSURE.

you don't see Yoruba people calling out non-yoruba politicians because it is not Yoruba peoples business and it does not affect the SW...

when the country is mismanaged we don't all suffer the same... suffering has levels..

the SE and Akwa-Ibom has been mismanaged for years how does that affect the SW..

people from the SE and Akwa-Ibom migrate in droves to the SW to avoid calling out their own politicians mismanagement of resources in their regions and put so much pressure on resources and infrastructure that Yorubas are meant to benefit from..
