I watched them a while ago, so I don't remember all the details. However:

-El Nino is about a guy running dr_gs on a boat/jetski (I forget) from Morocco to Spain, and the cop that's working to take him down.
-Gun City is based on the "Tragic Week" of 1909, an antiwar uprising that became about a lot more.
-Toro is about a former criminal who goes back to doing dirt because his old boss (criminal) kidnaps or threatens family members.
-The Bar is a black comedy thriller about a crisis.
-Retribution is a revenge movie I think. I forget the details, but I think it's a guy that was screwed over and gets back at the rich douche.
-I haven't seen the Minions of Midas series, but it seems to be some corruption/conspiracy/revenge thing where the dirt a businessman does comes back on him.

Films/tv series from Spain are generally quite good (good writing, acting, variety), but you want to avoid the ones from Crapflix Netflix.

I wasn't the one that witnessed it my elder sis did and I wouldn't say it a bravey but coincidence. Like 15 years back. After a heavy downpour a big ditch of water gathered on the middle of a road close to a school.

Immediately school closed my sis who was a teacher then and most of the students were in a hurry to get home, all of a sudden a dog ran out from a nearby compound and was happily running ahead of the students towards the water.

Immediately he got into the water he was suspended on air and was electrocuted Everyone ran away.

It was later discovered that during the downpour an electric cable fell into the ditch with current. If not that that dog ran into the water first all the school children and my sis that wanted to cross wouldn't have made it.

I was saved by a snake. That particular day a customer called me by 7pm to come fix some interior decor in his apartment. I guess I finished by 8 or to 9pm , can't remember.

In the excitement of having finished the job and being well compensated for job well done, I was coming out of his building, just outside the fence and in the faint lightening of the moonlight, I heard a vicious hissing of a snake. I looked down and saw a very big black snake.
It stop a for a while and stared at me for a while then continue crossing the road majestically with full confidence.

My understanding of what happened was the snake understood that I didn't see it initially and if I had taken a step forward( because I was on full speed trying to get home), I would have been in it's orbit of influence at the moment and it would have struck and I wouldn't stand a chance. Cos it dark, there's no one around and it was packing.
The snake also understood that there's no need for confrontation and it won't be a fair fight. And probably, I'm just trying to get home. So it sounded a fair warning, watched me freeze and saved my life

I like this. The snake get steez, no time for unnecessary confrontation.
