sure they have but from my own observation, you can hardly see an hausa guy(the black ones with weird tribal mark), maybe gateman, shoemaker, Mah Suya, Mah Shi , Berua de change, Aboki Account, bike rider or even Police officer that are violent.. in fact this guys are so nice that over here we call them Aboki, to mean mugu because of their little love for money and honesty...
