It is not by clearance. It is if your school senate has approved your final result, then your name can be sent among others to Nysc. Clearance is needed for the collection of your certificate which in turn will be needed at the nysc camp you will be posted to.

davido has never hidden the fact that he doesn't write his songs ,almost all his hit songs were bought and he pays good money for them , but this is the first time in nigeria music scene that a star artiste is openly admitting that he buys songs , this will create another good opportunity for song writers , song writers are usually paid rubbish and i mean total rubbish while the singer takes all the fame and bucks , but it seems davido is changing all that and now if you know you are a good song writer and ur songs are good , you know you have a ready market.
the result of what this lady has done will be that davido will hardly lack good hit songs ,because he will always be bombarded with buy requests

Yeah, you are right! There's one song I know of, which was co-written by Fuse ODG, 'Bibia Be Ye Ye'. Artistes can decide to give credit or not to those that wrote songs for/ co-wrote songs with them based on the agreement they made.

It is called songwriting, not buying of songs. And who says talented artistes don't 'push' themselves with songs written by another. You think sey e easy to record song wey people like. Teni sef na upcoming artiste, ask yourself why she no sing the song herself.
Google 'songwriting'...it is a profession, just so you know. Though songwriting isn't pronounced in Nigeria music industry, that doesn't auto-translate it into song buying. still, you can call it 'buying of songs' if u want, he hasn't committed any crime. it becomes a crime only when the songs are stolen or done without the other person's permission.
