Davido refusal to be humble to Mr. Momodu hasn’t gone well some fans. Dele however has said Davido is a son to him.

Gernot Rohr’s men stepped up ten places in the grading released by the world football ruling body, and are eight in Africa
Nigeria have moved up to the 50th position in the latest Fifa global rankings released on Thursday.
The Super Eagles were rewarded for defeating Algeria 3-1 in their Fifa World Cup qualifying encounter to climb up 10 places.
With this, they are now eighth in Africa behind Senegal, Cote d’Ivoire, Tunisia, Egypt, Algeria, Congo DR and Burkina Faso.
Argentina are number one in the world with 1634 points, closely followed by cross-country rivals, Brazil in number two.
Reigning world champions, Germany dropped to the third position with South American kings, Chile occupying the fourth position.
The next Fifa ranking will be published on December 22, 2016 - which will determine the winners for the Team of the Year and the Mover of the Year.

Ayo Makun popularly known as AY is a Nigerian actor and comedian. He hails from Ondo state, western region of Nigeria. AY had always had a flare for the arts, in Delta state University, Abraka where he studied arts he was awarded severally for his works and personality.
Having gained popularity in the entertainment industry he kept on delivering good stuff that grew his fan base. He released a movie titled: A Trip to Jamaica, that shook the Nigerian cinema history.
The movie featured some of the big names in the industry including the beautiful Nse Ikpe Etim and Funke Akindele.

The movie which was released 30th September, 2016 is said to have grossed over 137 million naira beating his previous Guinness record for his “30 days in Atlanta” movie. AY is the only movie producer to have hit that record twice in Nigeria.
The movie has beaten the box office revenues of all the big budget Hollywood titles released in 2016 here in Nigeria. These include; Batman Vs. Superman, Suicide Squad, Captain America, to mention only a few.
Congrats to the super talented and creative comedian. He makes us proud.

Women and wahala

Former minister of God, Queen Ure dragged Cynthia to court in 2014, and a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos on December 29, 2014 in suit number FHC/L/CS/1987/14 granted her an injunction restraining Cynthia Morgan, an artiste under the label of P-Square‘s elder brother and manager, Jude Okoye–led Northside Entertainment Ltd and all other agents, promoters, DJs, radio stations, TV stations, bloggers and every other person from publishing and distributing to the public the music track/single/album titled ‘Popori’ by Cynthia Morgan which is viewed as an infringement on Queen Ure’s copyright.
Well, since then and the social media rants that ensued, not much has been heard about the case or the song.
Now, Queen Ure in a recent interview with Punch confirmed she won the case when the judgement was delivered in July 2015.
In her words, ‘I made up the word and I had not heard it before. The judgement of the case was delivered on July 1, 2015 and it was in my favour and that is how far we have gone.’
She further explained that she had nothing personal against Cynthia Morgan, ‘I never had any problems with Cynthia Morgan. We can settle an issue legally but that does not mean that it is personal. I have never had any personal issues with her. I don’t do collaborations with other artistes but if there is any reason for that, why not? She is not an enemy, I don’t have any enemy. The reason we went to court was because Cynthia Morgan released the song ‘Popori.’ That was what led to the court case,’ she said.

Chinwendu Ihezuo’s goal saw Nigeria defeat Spain 2-1 in Port Moresby, but it proved futile as they crashed out of the World Cup.

MC Galaxy aka “The king of new dance” has joined label heads like Davido, Olamide in expanding the size of their existing label this November.
The Akwa Ibom born singer and dancer has signed a new artiste “Feelings” to his thriving record label.
MC Galaxy made the announcement on instagram with a short clip of the new artiste with his contract paper at the MCG Empire headquarters. The clip showed “Feelings” walk into the building and being welcomed by label mates and affiliates.
The artiste joins other existent label mates Neza, Lybra and Kuvie. The new artiste “Feelings” hails from southern Nigeria, precisely Cross River State.

With few hours to the commencement of the 2016 Africa Women’s Cup of Nations, the Umea IK midfielder replaces Evelyn Nwabuoku as team leader
Rita Chikwelu has been named Nigeria women national team captain.
She replaces Evelyn Nwabuoku who will play no part in the 2016 African Women’s Cup of Nations due to ijury.
"Ladies, you all know why the captain is not here with us, so we will be needing someone else to fill in for her in this competition,” said coach Omagbemi.
"Alongside my assistants, we have decided to pick Rita Chikwelu to be the captain and Osinachi Ohale as the assistant. And I want you all to co-operate with them and work together as a team.”
Chikwelu was a member of the Nigerian Olympic team that participated in the 2008 Summer Olympics in China and a member of the Nigerian squad at the 2011 FIFA Women's World Cup in Germany.
The Falcons begin their defence against Mali on Sunday at the Stade Municipal de Limbe, Cameroon.
