It makes sense. Facebook sells every user information to monitoring agencies hence can acquire funds needed to expand and maintain their social network.
I don't trust Chinese brands because they're well known for taking ethical shortcuts in favour of profit.

Buy a XIAOMI phone and try to unlock the bootloader. You will know the true meaning of frustration.

If any SELLER is willing to take someone's money to do business then HE or SHE should at least be able to provide something tangible as a proof to be traced back to. Not everyone can give money to an unknown person based on TRUST.
