Who has received original documents from US after after NVC. Which courier service is good for it?

Hello House. Please does anyone know if Alagbon will be open on Saturdays to get the police character clearance document. Week days have been sort of busy for me...Then whats the requirement like, how long it takes for processing and obtaining the document. Will appreciate your responses.

Please I need help here.... I was asked by USCIS to submit my NPC birth certificate(request for evidence) and have submitted the said document last month.
This month I got another letter of re- request of evidence with this form attached. Is it that the attestation of birth I sent is not clear or what?

The letter is clear they need the copies of the first notice of action letter they sent you maybe for some verification

Please do I need to upload both the court affidavit while uploading the attestation of birth certificate

For experienced ones please did you upload your NPC birth certificate together with court affidavit on NVC?

Tips: don’t answer those police men/women downstairs, just tell them you are going to forensic, that you just call someone you know there. Na dem dey make the fees high.

Yes.. got the interview date but because of covid, they've postponed it once. They postponed it to june and even June is not looking feasible, because of the embassy closure. Would we have to redo the medical because they have been postponing?

if it’s up to 6 months from the date you do the medicine to the date of your new interview then you have to plan for another medical I think the medical is valid for 6 months.

Again with the new cases of corona virus in Lagos not anything soon

Yea they indicated three month but the embassy will take it for 1year. So the validity is 1yr!

you only do medical when you get your interview date.

Please how long police report last someone said 3 months I wonder by the time I will finish NVC stage to interview it might be more than 3 months as consulate is not working

I had an interview yesterday.

Although non - immigrant, we were worried the immigration ban may have an impact by thankfully not.

but they have imposed strong conditions on non immigrant visa at point of entry they will issue the duration of stay if someone exceed the duration the person will face deportation. It’s like they want to start deporting Nigeria’s for visa overstays

There is no reason to fret about the whole the thing there is always a review by the united state of america on the country place on restriction annually to check if there had been any changes in their information sharing and any country that meet the standard would have the ban lifted and that will be October 1st this year interview will still be schedule but to place safe its better to reschedule the interview till the ban is lifted

point of currection according to the news US review countries performance every six months if you recalled chad was lifted in April 2018 after six months of ban. And the news also said that the ban could be lifted any time if the country complied no specific period. Single digit month means that it could be lifted within one month to 9 months. And Nigerian government are working hard to get it lifted as soon as possible. So let see what will happen before 21 February

It took Chad 7 months to be removed from the ban. Probably one year for Nigeria if Buhari does not go mad again and start forming superstar .

chad was removed after 6 months there is no particular months or days they can remove the ban any time if the country comply according to the us official
