if you are on CR1 your wife should have someone like frainds religion members or her family member

Well, it’s advisable to upload what they checklisted as listowell said, but a lot of people have been going extra miles to avoid any form of denial. What they do is, they uploaded only the checklist after they got DQ, they later upload other additional proof you mentioned.


NB: this tips is common with K1 applicants.

ok so it means that they issued visas despite ban. I am at NVC stage now our agent is suggesting for us to wait till ban is lifted we were trying to tell him that many got thear visas and besides no one knows when the they will lift it

I have completed and submitted my Ds260 form since July 3rd 2020 and the start now button for both civil document and AOS document did not come up since then .I sent an email to NVC and they responded that the consulate or embassy assigned to my case does not do electronic processing that I need to send my documents via mail to the address given. I am concerned is that my consulate is lagos Nigeria and i read here of people doing electronic processing of their application. I want to know if it is new development or it is specific for my application and what I need to do to my own is rectify the issue.

my own is showing I just uploaded last week waiting to upload the AOS this week right now i can still click start now on AOS . Just wait it will come up or just message them on public inquiry not email if I may ask what application is yours
