With FuckFucK, everything will always find its way to Buhari.

I feel sorry for any non-white race that wants to go to war with any white nation. White people protect and love each other. i.e Paris.

Thanks my sister.... didn't want to say nothing about this cos it's being looked at from a political leaning perspective, God knows i have never been to a political rally since after the Bola Ige Owa's Palace AD rally in 1999, that was more of waka pass...

I will say what it is without having to kowtow to anyone's opinion about how it should be said..

I don't get how we think we can get the Economics on point if the political is off key..

We talk of regional cohesion but of 6 states 2 are mortal enemies of the remaining 4 ...

How then do they co operate on issues of regional development... politics of EXCLUSION is what is being played in Nigeria

When we talk of Nigeria's peculiarity, do people take into cognizance that our laws & policies are crazy to start with,

How many elections end up in Tribunals in the west??

Are guns & machetes tools for elections.....

We have a systemic problem!!!!!!
Beautifully written

I do understand superstar1's (or was it shymmex) reluctant to discuss politics because it muddles everything. However, we can't develop our economically if we discuss the political stance of the leaders we chose. What are they for and what they're against determines what they're going to spend money on.

Yep, the problem is systematic......There are hidden complexities we, the people, aren't meant to know [understand].

Nigeria has a do or die political system [thanks to OBJ]. We can end it by cutting down salaries/bonuses drastically.

I'm sure they did. Trust no politician.

When will you igbos let non-igbo easterners govern igbo states since there's no such thing as SS. East is east ba.

If they join Biafra, will they have the opportunity?

Let them try to flex their fats with minority groups.

And how many Hausas and fulani soldiers were killed by Biafrans? grin

How many Northerners are being "suyanized" by Boko on daily basis even as we speak? grin

Are northerners no longer the dreads of the Nigerian society, highest poverty rate, highest child mortality rate, highest level of illiteracy, extreme hunger and poverty everywhere in the North?
Is the North not turning to dessert? Have you not heard that the Sahara desert is fast expanding towards the North grin
What is power if it doesn't help you lift your people from hunger and poverty? Except ofcourse if the power wasn't yours, you are mere pupettes in the hands of the British and the west. Have you forgotten what happened to your silly leader Mutala Muhammad when he thought he had any power? He was reminded of his stooge status by the Western powers that made him.
How many useless Northerners are being lined up and shot by Boko as we speak?
Then you know that they have nothing to live for, hence the boko haramism.

That's why you people are too afraid to protest in the North. Fear fear. Don't make a mistake by trying to grab our oil lands grin

So as has been shown, in as much as the Igbo speaking tribes of Rivers are scared of SE domination, they don't still want to be in the same territorial entity with the domineering and land grabbing Ijaws.

And whIle the Igbo speaking tribes of Edo are scared of Igbos of. SE, they still don't want to be enslaved by the Edoids in any entity be it state or whatsoever.

They want autonomy from Ijaws, Edoids and loose attachment to SE and Anioma.

So, Ijaw and Edoid land grabbers, go look for lands other place, stop eyeing Igbo speaking territories, you can never have them.

The only way Ijaws and Edoids get to share same entity with those Igbo speaking groups is Biafra.
If you don't want Biafra, it then means you want to stand alone, nothing is wrong with that, but just know you can't have any Igbo speaking territory in your Ijaw/ Edoid republic.
cool
Did you ask these people or do you like digging stuff from your anus?

Then tell the igbo people of edo/Rivers to move back to the east.

I do not think this is why we have congregated here - to be political.

We are here to raise the veil on every one and everything, no matter the party.

I fear, if we entertain the 'political' then gathering is of no use since there are so many threads of that nature all over NL.

I thought to enter this thread requires dropping political leaning or mentality at the porch.
When we discuss our leaders, are we not being political?

I doubt political leadership and economical development are disconnected.

Also, while playing catch up on the thread, I saw something about 'now that SWest is now aligned with the centre'.

What happens when the table turns and SWest is no longer aligned with the centre?

And has it gotten that bad that SWest has to depend on the centre?

I was expecting propositions bordering on:

Cutting expenses

Generating/increasing IGR

Cutting down and if possible paying off the debts accrued

Welfare

Agriculture (I presume states should be able to do this without assent from the centre?)

Education

And most importantly, regional cohesion that we have been mentioning since the beginning of the thread.

After reading the thread from where where I left off, all I deduced was the advert of a party or the present government as though the make up of the present government aren't from PDP as well.

A ma ri ibi ti gbogbo e ma ja si laarin odun kan si meji abi se no be electricity don wey dem use start don collapse so?
Aburo mi, I feels the same.

I think Gbawe is more political than economical. That's not totally a bad thing because we need to understand both angle.

Ijaws don't live on lands, they're mba miri, and so whatever land you think they own was actually stolen from retreating Biafrans during the Civil War with the help of Nigerian army as a reward for sabotage.

No such thing happened, there was no SS people in 1966-70, just Biafrans. We couldn't have killed a non existing people.

But it's on record that the Edoids were pointing out our Anioma brothers who ran to them for refuge to Nigeria army to be massacred.

No one is stffing any Ijaw or Edoid resolve. You already saw the condolence message to Ojukwu family by Eze Oyigbo, Rivers state, where he also re affirmed his Igbo solidarity.

Well, I visit you thread when I am bored for comic relief purposes, "Romani"? Really, that is so lame, grin You lots could have been a bit more inventive. cheesy
I like romani. It fits ya though.

So the innocent people killed by invading biafran soldiers were ghosts?

Why are you Ijaws and Edoids scared of seeing all Igbo speaking people unite?
Why can't you just name this thread Edoid/ Ijaws commonwealth thread, if you do that and you see me comment here, as long as you don't go on land grabbing of Igbo speaking lands, then may I die tomorrow.
For all the Igbophobic comments Yorubas Post on their Yoruba commonwealth thread, you will not see me comment there, not in this life. Because none of what they comment there affects the territorial integrity of the Igbo speaking nation.
But this thread seeks to do just that. Isolate Igbo speaking territories in SS from Ndiigbo in SE by painting Ndiigbo in SE as monsters hell bent on grabbing their oil and land, then unite them in a phantom region where the Edoids and Ijaws become outright majority.
Ndiigbo in SE will not let that happen. Not in this life.
Yet you're always viewing the Yoruba thread.

But aren't you guys trying to grab their oil land?

This mentality accurately described why the Ijaws went against Biafra.......why Biafran soldiers killed hundreds of thousands of SS people who opposed Biafra.

Now you're shamelessly trying to stiffen their collective voices.
