This is not correct sir. Coventry specifically ask for PoF that has been in f account for 28 days

Many applicants are unaware that when institutions request for POF it doesn't have to be POF generated in the last 28days, they just want to confirm if you've the required funds in your bank account before they can proceed to issue CAS, they will tell you to send financial document which you are going to send to the UKVI for visa.
So the POF in this case should be in the last few days even two days is enough.

How long does it take Coventry to issue CAS after fulfilling their condition?

Does Coventry offer scholarship, because the conditional offer does not say anything about scholarship or discount.

Can someone didn't walk in at IOM office in Ikeja?

Main Applicant have an appointment next week, but dependant yet to get an appointment.

Thinking of paying IOM fee for myself and my dependants...then go for the test with my dependants even tho they don't have appointment yet.

Can one put funds in 2 bsnk account and use the 2 bank statement for pof

I used the IHS calculator, based on the info I entered.

because am wondering why the dependants including a baby of 6month and 4yrs will pay the same amount as the applicant (£705 each)

Guy abeg I calculated my IHS Fee for myself and my family.

Everyone is expected to pay £705 each, including a 4 year old and 6month old baby.

Can my proof of fund be in my father in law account? Can he be my sponsor. He is ready to give me his statement of account for my family POF but he is my father in law not my father.

Pls I need advice and opinion

I got an offer from Coventry University for a January start date but I’m still waiting for London Metropolitan because of cheaper tuition though I applied for LMU even before Coventry. Now the issues are:

1. It’s almost a month now since I applied to LMU without response though typically their response should have been around10-15 days as stated on their website. Should I be worried?

2. Can I fund my account while waiting so the 28 days can continue reading even before I pay deposit to apply for CAS?

3. My elder brother is in London, can he pay my deposit in pounds over there or do I need to pay from my own account?

4. I hope time is not against me to go through all the processes of CAS and Visa application for the January start date.

I paid a deposit of £3350 and the rate was £577, Access bank deducted 10,700 naira for offshore transfer and another 5,300 naira for swift transfer and another 24k which narration wasn't mentioned.

Can someone use a relative abroad to help make d deposit tuition payment . All this bank charges in nails is too much, plus they will still waste your time

Pls I need a list of university in UK that doesn't require IELTS.

Also, is it possible for one to ask a UK university to waive IELTS Requirements? since all academic records were conducted in English language as the first language.

I think I need to share this for some family applicants. I got my visa sometimes in August and I hv 4 dependents but the money in my account couldn’t carry everyone so I hv to apply alone and state that I will be traveling alone meanwhile I applied with the balance of 19m in my account after paying my tuition. I came to the UK in September, got my BRP and accommodation paper and sent copy back to my spouse, two weeks after my arrival my dependents group of 4 submitted their application with the same account but not the same statement now with account balance of 18m though I hv some debits and inflows but I never allow the balance to down below 18m for two from from the time I applied. To God be the glory they all got their visa yesterday.

My Advice;
If you do not have the capital to apply together, apply alone and come over get your BRP and other documents to show that you are already in the UK then your family members can apply after.

Meanwhile the system here is different am not trying to discourage anyone but be ready to adapt to difficult situation most especially if you plan to school and work, my school is 7hrs lecture daily with breaks in between so it’s kind of difficult to school and work

UK Tier 4 Visa Application - 18th September 2021(Priority). I am the main applicant and my wife is the dependent.

Course of study- M.Sc in Information Technology and Network Management at Robert Gordon University at Aberdeen, Scotland

Biometrics - Wednesday 22nd September 2021 at Ikeja TLS for myself and my wife. My wife had appointment but I did walk-in as I can’t wait till 24th September because school has resumed since 13th September and my own biometrics was meant to be 24th September.

Monday 27th September 2021 - Received first NSF Mail

Monday 4th October 2021 - Received 2nd NSF mail. Shortly after I received a call and an email from UKVI for a video interview slated for the following day 5th October for 9:30am. ( At this stage we have disposed of most of our things at home and we’re practically sleeping on the floor. Imagine the tensions that were already creeping into our mind and lives?)

Tuesday 5th October 2021 - Video interview commenced as scheduled and lasted for about 1 hour. Questions asked ranges from reasons for my previous three visa refusals from 2003(two refusals) and 2016(one). The also asked reasons for the 13 year educational gap between B. Sc (2008) and intending M.Sc(2021) and what I have been doing in-between those years. They asked other others ranging from why I wanted to study IT, why I chose Robert Gordon Uni, what myself and wife were doing for a living amongst other sundry questions then the interview ended.

Monday 11th October 2021 - Wife’s profile moved to VAC and later that day a pickup mail was delivered .

Tuesday 12th October 2021- My profile moved to VAC and a pickup mail was sent later that day.

We both travelled to Lagos on Friday to pick up our passport with our visa inside.

It was a torrid journey which started in May 2021 and had a lot of delays from my university(Olabisi Onabanjo University) failing to process my transcripts on time to RGU first offering me a pre-masters which I rejected to the real masters admission coming out late on the 1st of September 2021. What about having to go to the Ikoyi registry to correct numerous errors on our wedding certificate which they made three times? The numerous near accidents on the Lagos/Ibadan expressway amongst others.

In all these we thank the good lord that the whole project was successful at the end.

So here's the gist...most of this agents are thieves....they will collect your money and tell you they will do it and it be out in 3/6 weeks....Lies!....

Paid 50k to my useless and hopeless agent just do the normal filling and dump my file there..my file begin move like snail...got to production and got stuck....how did I know you ask?...I went there on Wednesday and summoned up courage to approach the PCO incharge of ikoyi command even with his escort...because I was frustrated...the man attended to me politely and he was shocked that my passport renewal was taking that long...12 F-ing weeks....told me to bring my enrollment number ...gave it to his fair beautiful looking secretary to check for me...only to find out that my file has been at production since July....my mumu agent left it there , didn't follow up and kept on giving me false hope... I nearly cried...tipped the chick 2k in recharge cards and told her I needed it out...went back into the PCO office (nah mind o) told him what I saw and he signed on my enrollment paper and told me to give it back to the lady...the lady told me to go that it would be ready latest today.....and I got a call from her to come and pick it that it's ready for collection...ladies and gentlemen don't give any agent any money at ikoyi if the agent no be strong connect because they are just eating people money for free...many are thieves.... surprisingly Ikoyi POC was very nice helpful and polite without asking for anything....nah only that fine babe I collect number do her card...and I go take her out for dinner before I move
