National Conference is a charade of an exercise. It has to be discussed and approved by National Assembly. The Hausas don't want it and have the power to block it in National Assembly. Afam4eva: I never knew there's someone with the name "Christian Northerners". Not every Christian from the North will vote for Jonathan as they have their personal orientation which will inform their choice of candidate. But it will be wishful thinking that just because someone is from the North, does not automatically mean that the person will vote for a Northern candidate presented by APC or any party for that matter and it rings more true for Northern Christians who due to the alleged marginalizing by the majority Muslim North, will mostly likely not follow the Muslim North in a sheetlike manner.
