This Abak road that leads to mechanic village, federal and state secretariat has been bad for some time.

I was happy when I saw that the bad sides of the road had been patched so I took some snaps yesterday (1st frame).

On passing there again today I saw that more renovation was ongoing (2nd frame) which caused all the road users to use one way.

Kudos to the Akwa Ibom state government on this one because I heard someone complaining about the state of the road on radio and before you know, the government swung into action.
