I'm certain of it, if you look at the JAMB registration number of those admitted, it starts with the digits less than 79, while 79 is the code for DE candidates. My theory though from what have observed.

The first batch of admitted student is for UTME, the second batch will contain DE candidates. DE candidate have not been admitted.
