It's probably the power switch. Run a sheet of paper through the hope around the sides of the power button. Might help to clear some particles keeping the button pressed.

yes it is I took it to phone engineer as someone instructed me here, the engineer helped me sort it out, but I still dey fear o because the switch dey somehow hard not really hard but not like b4

Dear xiaomi . With all due respect your phone doesn't live up to be 999 dollars .. at least OnePlus or Samsung s20 ultra or 11 pro max came waterproof . Yes this sum. Of money if your phone is perfect . It only came with good set of cameras however all I can see about em is good zooming and ultra wide can and 8k video ok well-done but I believe Huawei p40 pro is number one . Vivid lively pics more than yours.. you can up with good prices before but now I think you are exaggerating much . If I had 1000 dollars I would pick apple or OnePlus or Samsung . And by the way . I find it so weird that u got this great rate by DxO mark in time Samsung note 20 ultra is ignored .. I guess there is something going on . I didn't even convinced by the result .Huawei pics are much better. I think this ultra overrated phone should be priced at 700 dollars for 128gb . Thanks

Please help ooo na over sabi kill me I bought redmi 8a from a guy on jiji I forget to ask him to remove mi cloud on it after few days of using I notice their is existing mi cloud on it I try to reach the guy is number not going through so I decided to do hard reset on it by holding volume up nd power button, thinking it will solve the problem, now am stuck picture below is their anyway to unlock the phone or it can't unlock until I get the password from the guy
