Hello house,

I just got my passport back from BLS today, and i was refused.
Purpose of visit not justify
It was written on the refusal letter that, i can appeal the judgement before an appeal court in Madrid, if am not satisfy
Expert in the house, how do i appeal the judgement.

Agent also made me chop 10years ban back then in 2010. But how come ordinary SA will refuse you visa twice?

You will see it where they ask for payment either by Card, Bank or office.
Meanwhile try another airline, you can use KLM airline, that's what I use for my visa application

You do not need to call the airline for your flight itinerary, go to their website book a flight reservation, on the payment page choose to pay at the office, they will give you 2days to pay before cancellation and you get your itinerary via email print it and add to your visa application. Embassy do not verify the flight itinerary they just want to see your itinerary and they know is not advisable to book flight when you have not gotten your visa.
We have discussed this before here, you guys should read comments instead of asking same questions that have been treated here.

I knew getting a travel itinerary for visa application is the most difficult and confusing part of the visa process. Consulates insist on providing confirmed flight and hotel bookings. But they do not recommend purchasing an actual ticket. They just want an itinerary. Did you see how confusing is that?

Often times the embassies ask for one of these –

Flight tickets
Flight itinerary
Flight confirmation
Confirmed flight tickets
Confirmed flight itinerary
Round trip flight tickets
Proof of onward travel

They all mean the same thing. “Flight tickets”. Consulates understand the fact that a visa application does not result in a guaranteed approval. Therefore, they only recommend you to “hold” a flight reservation, not actually “purchase” the flight tickets.

God forbid... If your visa application is denied or delayed, you will lose the money that you have spent on the flight tickets. Airlines and insurance providers do not consider visa denial as a reason for refund claims. So, do not purchase your flight tickets until your visa application is approved.

Yes, it will carry the duration of your stay according to what you input on your application, it doesn't matter when you get it done what matters is that the insurance covered your arrival and departure date

Travel insurance is part of required document for your visa application.

I want to brief everyone on how Spain embassy denied my application on the 18th of January 2021..which was waybill to me on the 28th of January.

I applied for a tourist visa on the 8th of January and got my application back on the 28 of January stating that the justification for the purpose and condition of the intended stay was not provided.
I just feel like crying that day but I had to endure it,, because that's part of visa experience..
I decided to call two of my friends that applied that same day I applied too, there own was also denied, it was like film to me.

I then called a guy working downstairs under the Spain embassy at the cybercafe and told him how my Visa was denied, he then told me that it was because of the high rate of covid-19 in Spain then, that was the main reason for the visa refusal..
But inside me I knew it was a big liar because all the people I knew that applied within February and January there application was also Denied like mine, because of the same reason I was given..
But I thank God that currently now other schengen countries are open for receiving applications like Italy, France, Germany and Greece..
But currently now due to the high rate of visa refusal in the schengen zone, I decided now that I am going to apply for a Bulgaria visa because they have less applicants and there visa fee is low compare to Spain visa fee..

A friend of mine was issued Visa to Bulgaria for 2 months via tourist visa.. The country is a well developed country and it boarders beautiful countries like Romania and north Macedonia, Greece and Kosovo.. Which all are also in Europe countries, but they aren't schengen, apart from Greece..
So my fellow narialander I just feel like dropping this comment to notify my fellow Nigerian on how Spain deny Nigeria's visa without no proper reason...
