BAT is an online Psychometric test that deals with scenarios that can occur while you work for the company..... I think the mistake I did was I was too perfect answering the question, it will be given to you once you pass your first stage..... Just try not to be too perfect and play like a novice in some questions

I doubt it. They extended the closing date before it was finally closed.
However, no harm in trying. Just go the Postgraduate school and enquire.

I asked because [url]Investment-One (investment-one.com/about-us/corporate-profile/) bought ~1 million naira of TB @ 17.0% at the last auction on my behalf and I've just being informed they'll be charging me 0.5% of the interest as commission. I'm still trying to get some clarify about the charge.

I don't understand their rate fees anymore.
0.125% is the ideal CBN rate fee for all banks.
Even the fee they charged me recently was quite much, almost 6% of the interest.
Its quite funny though.

I would contact them and discuss the issues surrounding that.

My simply view:

If buying a house, you would be buying both land and house.
Both appreciates greatly. You could use house for rent if you don't plan moving-in immediately.
N.B. Authenticate the location of the house/land and the genuineness of the documents.
A good location like urban areas would yield better returns and vice versa.

On the other hand. T.Bills would be suitable for cash you have no plans for presently and you want a better returns for it.

In summary, REAL ESTATE gives a better returns than T.bills.

However, I'll suggest you create another thread on Investment because this is for T.bills.
My 2 cents.
