Delay is not denial oooo my people

Applied initially 2019 and i was refused(Denied)
Reapplied Feb 24,2020.. It get mails from IRCC till mid last year i was asked to reapply again cos my application has lapsed one year

Medical request - Feb 8 2021
Medical Examination- March 24
Medical Passed-March 26
Biometrics Validation- April 15
Approval- April 22

Thank you all for responding to my enquiry about things to travel with. I've now established that I'm carrying anything that will be trashed at the airport, that one go pain me eh. Lolz.

I'll land at Toronto as POE and do my 3 days quarantine there before traveling to Regina to finish the 11 days on campus. Pls which means of transportation is the cheapest to use? Can I use a train or bus cos of my luggage? If it must be flight, are there logistics firms I can use to way bill my excess luggage instead of boarding with them? Kindly guide a newbie please. Thanks

How can i link my paper submission to online submission because have been unable to track my application.
I did my submission and biometrics last year February before the lockdown and have been asked to resend some of my file which i did later got a mail this year feb to go for medicals went for the medical last month and got a reply from iom that my medical results has been forwarded to the embassy
can any one help me on how to link my application so i can track it online
