I would suggest your wife and baby apply after you for clarity. Questions may be asked with respect to your wife's pregnancy status and except you are able to mention she just gave birth but passport of baby not ready yet hence not applying baby yet.

But my wife is the main applicant while i am only the dependant. Unfortunately, babys passport isnt available. So hw do we apply for her. Pls clarify me.

Pls i need advice house. My wife is the main applicant for the sept study in the uk, but we had our baby last 2 months and its been difficult to get the babys international passport, although the baby had been capture. At the moment, the pof for 3 had started counting because of the time constrain, paradventure the babys inter. pssprt wont come out at the end of the 30 days pof period. Can myself and wifey go ahead and apply for our visa, and do babys application later on?

Can the same bank statement serve for the baby if her international passport comes at the 31 days after pof maturation?

I mean my wife is processing her masters. She is for september intake. We have paid school fees deposit. And at the presenting on visa processing... She didnt do Nysc and she isnt planning to.

Nysc is not needed. My wife is same shoe and we are presently at the visa stage. There is no point nysc is needed.

UBA does not require letter of authorization (seeing that I’ve successfully done several for my spouse without uploading a letter).

The only document he needs to add apart from his wife’s documents is marriage certificate. They need to see your relationship with the person you are paying for.

I think he needs to tell us what documents he uploaded initially

Thanks for d response. I only uploaded her intr passport, unconditional offer, bsc cert. Its also important to say that all her application was on her maiden name based on d fact that the new inter passport with change of name after marriage isn't ready, so more like her name is different from mine,

Did you include a letter of authorization?
Since you’re using your account to pay,you need to include a letter authorizing your bank to debit and also a means of verification.
The note says attach documents(passport bio data bags,offer letter,school payment invoice,Bsc certificate,change of name or affidavit (if any).

I didnt include letter of authorization, I will initiate a new one and include it. Means of verification like my ID, like international pssport?

Also, there is no school invoice, rather an unconditional letter with the total school fees, would that serve?

Hello. The form A I initiated for my wife using my own UBA account was minuted for rejection due to incomplete documentation. What should be my next step of action. Could it be atttibruted to using my account for her payment?

Good day all. Pls my wife's admission to Northumbria came in her maiden name based on the fact that the passport she used for the application was gotten before we married last year. An unconditional offer had also been gotten in that same name, despite the fact that we have our marriage certificate, newspaper publication and affidavit of change of name to a new name. Do i need to change her passport to the new name for further application? Or would the old one work while myself as the husband have a different name on my passport since we intend travelling together (I am d Dependant).

Moreover, won't there be an issue processing my baby's passport with her old name. Thanks.

The name in the passport should be what you write in your visa application. If it is your maiden name, there is no problem at all. The name must be consistent. It is not compulsory to change your maiden name.

You can always change the name in your passport in the UK whenever you wish.

What you should focus on is your marriage certificate, proof of address that you and your husband are living together, marriage and vacation pictures, whatsapp or facebook chats or any proof that shows that your relationship is subsisting.

1. My wife conditional offer to Northumbria university came in her maiden name (which is the same name on her passport), with the prefix miss, despite the fact that we were married before application and we have all documents of marriage (marriage certificate, newspaper publication and change of name), do I need to be worried.
2. I am supposed to proceed to make the initial payment of 2k pounds, how do I get started with form A (I wanted a friend in the UK to pay for me via black market rate but I learnt form A can give a reasonable CBn rate) And which bank is reliable for quick processing.
