He knows every heart and every intention.

He knows those who are genuinely His and the false prophets,pastors who are saying Lord Lord ,just to deceive people.
That's the meaning of that scripture.

I may profess to be a man of God but deep down I am a deceiver. But God knows the heart of every man.

So if you confess Jesus with a genuine heart or otherwise,He knows.
