Let me start by making this categorically clear.
I don't evade people raising questions that challenges my intellect, rather I love to engage people who are debate on issues and not raising insults.

I don't also engage Buhari fanatics who does not see anything wrong in what ever decision and action coming out of Buhari.

Its a a clear waste of time and energy, so I leave that to teenagers on nairaland.

Back to subject issue,

His questions were not relevant to my comment, probably his fanaticism did not allow him to see through the lines.

My comments were not based on whether a government should be borrow money or not.
Almost every government borrows money at one time of the other

But my issues are the timeliness, the reason for borrowing and the necessity of borrowing within the time.

Have you ever bothered to ask how much of the looted funds the government have recovered?
I will be glad if you can give me a figure, from that point we shall them put my criticism into context

This is a good first hand info to work with.

If it takes 2 hours for 50m, then 200 m will be counted for 8 hours of bank working day I.e in 6 days, the money 1.2b will be counted when we assumed there is no error for them to start counting all over again or probably machine faults while counting. And even such elicit money will be counted only by handful of trusted bank staffs in secrecy to avoid information leakage to the masses.

It is still logical to believe the withness except you just choosed to think otherwise.

Nothing like secrecy here. Money is brought into the bulk room, all you do as a supervisor is to assign 2 bulk tellers at the bulk room to confirm the cash. Release one box at time. Will they ask you where the money came from?

There is nothing like trusted bank staff in the industry. If at any time integrity of a staff is in question, the staff is on his or her way out. Your given money is, you are expected two confirm and deliver overage or shortage. That does not mean we don't have staff who could pilfer cash but it does not apply here when cash needs to be confirmed.

I still maintain that its never possible to use 10 days to confirm 1.2b. Maybe 2.1b can take that time but not the former.
