Why not wait until the bank provides camera footage of the person who made use of this card before making this accusation.

Did the victim share PIN details with her boyfriend?

My point is

1. Its too early to draw conclusions. We might put an innocent person in trouble.

2. PIN is Personal Identification Number. Its personal. Why do people always divulge this details to a third party?
