Good morning guys, a quick one, is a question I need your opinion on this.

So there's one job a friend secured recently, he's supposed to start by march, now but the issue is that the company has agreed to pay 350k if he reaches his target of 10m per month.

The basics salary is 200k and 150k is float, because they're giving him a car, it's a marketing job.

But, now the CMD is saying, if he doesn't reach his 10m target, he will be pay 270k including float.
But my guy said no, let's make it 300k including float if he doesn't reach his target.

The CMD asked him to think about it and get to him before march....
My guy really needs the job, but he's scared 270k won't be enough to maintain a vehicle in a state like Lagos.

So guys, she he proceed with the job, or quit?
