You all shouldn't talk like dat, n just judge like that, there are a lot of success stories from this type of relationships, some get to know each other well enough to know if they are compatible or not and end it quick before it goes any further if they see its not gonna work, while some get to get married after sseing they are ok, for some it works out,for some it doesn't. for me from experience i will tell you it actually makes you able to solve issues that might cause problems during marriage and it actually help to know your partners inner self before getting married so you know who you are getting married to, so you don't get married and see a revelation of a new being. you court and she/he is so romantic et al. only to get married and get to see he/she is something else. which is better solve before marriage or get married and stick with horror/sorrow for the rest of your life. So its always a two way thing. though i do not support you do that and focus solely on it,you should concentrate on your studies.

The Nigerian situation is a peculiar one. If u like, read all the books in the world from pali to pali without knowing anybody in a position of authority, its all in vain. Just like it was written above, the likes of Dangote et all had 'HELP'. There are people that graduated wit good results out there, some of them read just about anytin they can lay their hands upon. As usual, if they dont know people in the right places, no job(except the really fortunate ones). Whats the point of reading when there's no food on the table? If music, buying and selling pays the bills, so be it.

Good morning house. Its been quite interesting reading d previous posts and all. I'm icequeen22, finished from OAU, studied Sociology n Anthropology and i hope to serve in Ogun State.

Sometimes they aren't lies u know!! I totally agree with 'i'm on my way'. Women tend to waste time when dressing up so we tell that lie to make our partners feel comfortable.

Wives should know our much their husbands are getting or at least have a general idea so they dont over strain their husbands pockets. Thats my opinion anyway

I think d future bride shld be d one to decide this issue. She must know, accept n respect d intending 'woman of honour'. You also av to consider ur parents & in-law's feelings concernin d issue. Using a lady as a bestman will cause a lot of speculations & gossip as to your intentions. If you, your bride & family members are ready to deal wit that extra baggage at d start of your marital life, then u can ask a lady to be your bestman.
