Get a preschool online near your intended Uni/ home address in uk . Ask the school to send you evidence of enrollment (sometimes it costs some pounds too)
State compelling circumstances why u need to travel with the child egs the child's health condition

If you need £20000 and she needs £16000, you are submitting statement for £36000.
On reapply , print out and highlight the UKVI rule that States your child can go with if the other partners consent to it, only if you are reapplying.
AR does not allow additional.documents.

I provided sufficient POF. Denial was just the fact dat her father isn't accompanying us. Thanks

Make sure that child care arrangement has been made for your child and that you added it during your application.

The Brazilian PR gives access to visit many of the Mercosul countries and Chile is one of them. Also, for your child to be a citizen of Chile, one of the parents must be a resident of Chile and Chile has flexible plans for you to obtain residency within a short period. Argentina also offers citizenship by birth to a child of foreign parents and the parents can as well obtain PR after the birth of their baby in Argentina.

Icesnow you are right. I even mentioned it here previously that one parent has to be a resident at the time of birth. It is however easy to be a resident. Just attending a private language school entitles you to resident permit or visa.

If you use the land borders, then yes you can use your Brazilian PR to enter Chile. In fact, you can almost always just walk across the land borders in South America legally.

Unfortunately, i cannot give you any further info on this as i have never given birth in Chile before. I have not even been there before.

If you wait and apply for the visa after your pregnancy is showing and then appear at the Consulate, then it is obvious that you are not going for tourism at that stage and your visa will be denied not because you are pregnant but because your real purpose of the visit could not be established by the VO.

If you are pregnant and not yet showing then you are good to go because pregnant women in their early stages are allowed to travel safely for tourism or whatever reason.

This is the difference. Some people apply for Brazilian visas late in pregnancy maybe because they did not know about this opportunity and some because Brazil is their last choice. I would say, if you want to give birth in Brazil, let it be your first choice. Brazil is the only country in the world that will make the entire family benefit from a child being born there. Why don’t you secure your entire family’s future first and then think of giving birth in the USA or Canada with your next child? After all, the Brazilian passport is as powerful as the American one.

You give birth in the US and then later denied tourist visa meaning you cannot even visit the country with your own American baby. That passport will be useless until your child turns 18 and can settle in the US alone.

I’m not saying don’t give birth in the US, all I’m saying is that set your priorities right. First things first. Now that my entire family is getting a Brazilian passport, my next child can safely be born in the US. With my Brazilian passport, i have a 95% of securing a US visa. Even if I’m refused, my child will still be Brazilian. Don’t follow the crowd.

I can even give birth in Chile without a visa on my current Brazilian PR or Passport and my baby becomes Chilean. A Chilean passport takes you to US, Canada and Australia visa free.

Your choices becomes endless with giving birth in Brazil. Be smart.

Can you visit Chile Visa free with Brazil PR? Also, I think there's a clause in dat Chile citizenship by birth. You have to be a resident if you are a foreigner for your child to qualify for the citizenship by birth. Can you throw more light on this ma?
