Not compulsory to include undergraduate transcripts. Although, I included that in my petition. Since undergraduate awards or scholarships would add flesh to the petition, it is not bad to include undergraduate degree.

As mentioned somewhere on this page, You can you the International Education Evaluation (IEE) for your degree evaluation. With IEE, you can include all degrees at the same cost, and you don't need to send any official or hard copy transcripts; all you need is the pdf of your student copy or any copy you have. Also, it is very cheap and fast. With 80 USD or so and within one week, you are done. They will mail you the pdf of the report.
This is eye opening. Thanks

Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE) is one i have heard about from relatives who used them in the past. Just check the timeline and ease of completing the process if your institution (undergrad, graduate) have some kind of history of processing transcript evaluation through them in the past. if not convincing enough, stick with WES.

duly noted!
Are we evaluating our highest degree or both Bachelors and Masters? Thanks

Joke Silva should give him Plant Stem Cell Therapy (PhytoScience Stem Cell Therapy).

I had a patient who had Dementia in Canada. Doctors had given up hope on the patient. She was taken home.

We started her on our brand of Plant Stem Cell Therapy which is PhytoScience Stem Cell Therapy and the patient started recovering o.

It was a gradual process till she fully recovered still on the therapy.

Recovering can take a whole year or 2 sef.

This is where patience comes in.

Dementia is Degenerative Disease where brain cells are dead which leads to loss of memory.

PhytoScience Stem Cell Therapy is a Regenerative Therapy (Regenerative Medicine).

It works by Regenerating the Cells in every part of the body. Every Dead Cell in the body will be Regenerated.

Once his Cells (Brain Cells) are Regenerated, he will be fine.

They should try other means. There is still hope.

Stem Cell Therapy works.

If u think I'm lying, ask Buhari.

I'm out abeg.

I would advise you send your CV to an immigration attorney for evaluation to determine your eligibility. The evaluation is free.

You can decide to use the attorney or not after the evaluation. At least most of your questions will be answered.

I used Chen attorney also known as Wegreen for my EB2 NIW, which was approved.

There are different attorneys.
Acknowledged, thanks very much.

Employment-Based Immigration: Second Preference EB-2

You may be eligible for an employment-based, second preference visa if you are a member of the professions holding an advanced degree or its equivalent, or a person who has exceptional ability. Below are the occupational categories and requirements:

EB-2A Advanced Degree
The job you apply for must require an advanced degree and you must possess such a degree or its foreign equivalent (a baccalaureate or foreign equivalent degree plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate, progressive work experience in the field). You must meet any other requirements specified on the labor certification as applicable as of the priority date. Documentation, such as an official academic record showing that you have a U.S. advanced degree or a foreign equivalent degree, or an official academic record showing that you have a U.S. baccalaureate degree or a foreign equivalent degree and letters from current or former employers showing that you have at least 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate work experience in the specialty. If a doctoral degree is customarily required, you must have a United States doctorate or foreign equivalent degree.

EB-2B Exceptional Ability
You must be able to show exceptional ability in the sciences, arts, or business. Exceptional ability “means a degree of expertise significantly above that ordinarily encountered in the sciences, arts, or business.” You must meet any requirements specified on the labor certification as applicable. You must meet at least three of the criteria below:
Hello! Does it mean I'm not qualified if my master degree is less than 5 years and my Bachelors is more than 10 years with over 5 years work experience? Pls explain . Thanks

EB2 does not need proof of funds, secure a job before to be approved during the interview. But you need money to settle down when you get to the states.
It's a sure way to enter the US if you have PhD and in academic.
What about a masters degree?

Hello guys,

For some days now I have been on a serious dilemma whether to resign from my federal government job that pays me above N200k for my current position and migrate to the UK or stay in naija and set up a business to augment my salary. I will be 34 years next year, I feel traveling to the uk for studies next year September will delay my chances of getting married, as I have planned not exceeding 34 years without getting married.

I belong to the school of thought that believes can make it in Nigeria despite all odds. However, considering the economic realities of the country, I have recently contemplating of japa and maybe get a Nigerian lady for marriage after my studies.

Please I earnestly need matured advice from you guys to know how to start the coming year.

Cc:Justwise
Get married before relocating to the UK oo. It reduces boredom, financial and visa stress. A word is enough for the wise. 2 are better than one.

You can as well go back to Nigeria and be earning 250, 000 naira monthly salary as opposed to per hour in Uk which is equivalent to 2 days work.

He can only do 20 in the other place. If they offer sponsorship, he can switch

https://www.gov.uk/skilled-worker-visa/second-job#:~:text=If%20you%20work%20overtime%20in,you're%20being%20sponsored%20for.

If you work overtime in the job you’re being sponsored for, you do not need to update your visa.

There’s no limit to how many hours of overtime you can do.

You can also work up to 20 hours a week in another job or for your own business, as long as you’re still doing the job you’re being sponsored for.

Your work must be either:

in the same occupation code and at the same level as the job you’re being sponsored for
in a shortage occupation
I went through the link you posted and it states you can have 2 COS meaning you can work for 2 employers as long as they can both sponsor you. Hope I'm correct?

ZIMDRILL:
lets not rush to blame men

1 where is the husband of this mother in law ?

2 Where are the rest of the children of this mother-in- law ?

Lets nit rush to blame to judge the son-in- law without checking people who must be directly involved in the welfare of the mother in law

People have became lazy and greedy by making it as if its duty of the daughter/son in laws to do duties or roles when infact, the children/wife/hubby of that person and other relatives to look after their own. Daughter/son in laws are just a top up, of things that are supposed to be run by children/hubby/wife and blood relatives.

If the wife had said eg hubby me my sisters/brothers we have raised so much for mother is there anything you can top up with ? am sure hubby would for real top up

But unfortunately some wives think, her mums responsibility is now transfer to her husband, which wrong unless in special circumstances

Am not against looking after our own, but lets not be selfish in putting everything on your husband while your other siblings are not putting their heads together
In as much as you've got a point but this is just u generalising. Remember the Op didn't made mention that d wife has been demanding to gift her mum things. He only mentioned Xmas which means once a year. The op is very wrong and a bad inlaw. He could be a good father though buy he appears to me as a bad husband and an inlaw.
FamilyRe: We Are Expecting A Baby But My Wife Wants Me To Buy Christmas Rice For Her Mom by Icesnow(f): 1:19am On Dec 24, 2023
Many uncultured men. What is d world turning into? Its either the people are trolling with these comments or they are mentally deranged. May God protect us from evil me. There are 3 women important in a man's life. Treat these women right and see how life will be better for you. Your mother, wife and mother in law. Their prayers will go a long way in your life. Someone commented that the girl could not afford a bag of rice. What if she's presently not working due t relocation as she just got married or she's carrying a high risk pregnancy? If u love your wife, such love will be extended towards her family. It might not be monetary. You shouldn't be told to gift your mother in law and your mum Christmas gift. Let's try to be responsible and empathetic. We can do better as humans and d world will be a better place. When your mum innlaw is at peace with u, she won't even be able to influence her daughter negatively.
