You can order everything in your cart at once. But it won't come as one parcel unless they all use the same shipping method in which case they'll be upgraded to combined shipping.

Your house address where you live (your parcel will be sent to general post office Nsukka)
or your department.(Your parcel will be sent to post office inside school)

From the email, they said it was dispatched to Enugu on 30th of November. Enugu postal service said that it's not there. I will go there tomorrow in the morning. If I didn't get it, I will request to meet the officer in charge.

I have the same problem. I emailed Nipost asking about my order. they said it was sent to Enugu on 10th December. My address is Nsukka. I've been going to Nipost Nsukka since then but they keep saying they have not received any new mail since then. they even allowed me to go through their records and it isn't there. I went there today again hoping it'll be sent after Christmas break, same story. I emailed Nipost again and they replied with this.

yes it will via speedaf but it will most likely be an NG...E tracking number which has a probability of being handed over to nipost

It hasn't. I've been at the seller's neck and he gave me a phone number which he said is the customs number. But when I called it was unobtainable. I did my research and found the number to be owned by EMS SPEED POST. An affiliate of the dreaded NIPOST. I'll give them a call tomorrow, so I'll know when it would be handed over to Speedaf. They close by 4pm daily

Why would Nipost hand over your item to speedaf?

Cainio super Economy global is Speedaf, but most times it gets diverted to Nipost(if the tracking number is NG...E). If the two items are Cainio super Economy global then it'll be upgraded to combined shipping with NG...R tracking number which will be delivered to you by speedaf.

Well I cannot see the tracking numbers. But from the short time between depart country of origin and arriaval at destination I can guess it's speedaf. If I'm right you would get your package within 2 weeks depending on your location. You'll get it next week if you're in Lagos.

It's still in transit to you. Once parcel enters Nigeria tracking usually stops. Next thing you just get a text to come collect it

If u're shopping on banggood, please make sure u buy full insurance or u risk losing ur money. Most sellers will not ship without full insurance and they'll send u a fake tracking number, and u'll end up either losing dispute or getting 30-40% refund, so be wise..... My 2kobo

It's not about that. Aliexpress standard shipping for sellers in China mainland is Speedaf and Singpost for sellers in HK as someone has pointed here sometime ago

If you must gamble to use cainiao, be sure your PO is responsive.

I was frequently communicating with Fortune Global through mails and phone calls. I also received a mail from ACE also.

It was ACE logistics A.k.a AFRICA COURIER EXPRESS that I queried when I didn't get a call from any despatcher. I troubled them till the extent that the Head of operations took up the issue. He was responsive, although I don't how it ended up missing when they confirmed to have received it in the mail they sent to me.

A neighbor heard the issue and suggested that it must have been siezed, by Customs

Can you imagine. It's very irresponsible of them to say that the item is missing. You should keep troubling them ooo, because they confirmed receiving it and never delivered.

R means deliver it to you, E means they'll get it into the country and hand over to Nipost

Though this is not always the case, Speedaf once called me to come pickup an E item from their office in Ikorodu while I was in Yaba, I asked the agent to bring it to me, he did and I was charged NGN500.

So I think E also means self pickup

How did you know it was handed to them in the first place?

I placed 7 orders few days ago. Five of them got the NG...E tracking number, Only one got NG...R the last one is LP
Is there really nothing I can do to make Speedaf deliver it to me instead of delivering to Nipost

Hi everyone, I need some experts on this issue I've had with Fortune Global shipping logistics and I think, The Nigerian customs service.

It's a lengthy write up but I'll shorten it.

I shipped an item I won on ebay through Myus.com. Myus.com shipped through Fortune Global, and I was informed of its arrival in Nigeria by Fortune Global.

I was asked to pay customs VAT and duties. After payment, the item, a smartphone actually, was given to Ace Logistics to ship directly to my address.

Till today, I haven't gotten my parcel.

Could it be that it was seized by customs?

Because I don't understand how it Got Missing in transit .

You mentioned yourself it was handed to Ace logistics, have you tried contacting them?

What does the tracking show?
