You can have multiple cards for one account. When requesting a card and your reason is "lost or stolen" it is only logical for them to deactivate the previous card.
I don't have more than one physical card shaa but I know it's possible. I have one physical and two virtual cards with Zenith bank and I shop with all of them on aliexpress

Please house. I received a call from the PO to come collect my mail but I am currently out of town,so I couldn't make it, then two days later I got another call from a different nmbr that i have a mail at their PO.
I sent someone to help pick it up because I was thinking it's same mail. Then i logged into AE and found out both packages arrived 9ja on the last week of December 2021 but the PO said there's only one mail in their possession.
My confusion is that why would 2 different numbers call me within 7th-10th just for one mail package. How can else can I confirm that the PO have indeed received my other mail?

Just call back the numbers that called you and ask for specific details. It is also possible both numbers called for the same item

You were not scammed. Aliexpress charges you in dollars though they show the price in Naira.
They show the naira Equivalent using the official CBN exchange rate, but your bank will use their own exchange rate.

Lol it's not about the state you reside. You've just been placing orders that are shipped via speedaf. Them go hit you Singpost one day

The reviews I read on PlayStote are quite disturbing, if not scary.

I have the same problem. I emailed Nipost asking about my order. they said it was sent to Enugu on 10th December. My address is Nsukka. I've been going to Nipost Nsukka since then but they keep saying they have not received any new mail since then. they even allowed me to go through their records and it isn't there. I went there today again hoping it'll be sent after Christmas break, same story. I emailed Nipost again and they replied with this.

The only charge by post office is 200 to 500 naira officially shaa. I pay 500 for all registered items(of which I'm given a receipt)
The unregistered ones should be free but you'll be charged depending on the post office.
I've met a wide range of people at post office counters. Some will DEMAND 200, some will beg, some will say it's payment for the airtime they used to call you, some are Godly and won't ask you for money.

The first phone I bought on Aliexpress, Redmi 7 from Goldway took 21 days from order date to my local PO in Enugu State. But my Poco X3 pro from same store is now 55 days and still no show

I requested for a refund last week for an item I mistakenly ordered. I was charged 5,900 for the item but when the refund came yesterday it was 61500. This is so unusual as I was expecting to be credited with sum less than 5,900 (as they used to do). Lol

That means the exchange rate must have increased since you placed.

You pay in dollars and AliExpress also refunds you in dollars. They have no business with Naira. It's your bank that will do the conversion.
