Since you have sorted out the POF, the offer of employment would not be really necessary, her main purpose is to school not to work. So, emphasis should be placed on status as an enrolled student, which I believe you have done.

So, my spouse is a student and also working part-time, we submitted last year, but she is of the opinion that we add her employment offer letter to the application via webform.
Please is this relevant to the sowp application?

Good new guyssssssssss, it's PPR for me - Student visa, for my husband (SOWP). We applied alone, no agency. We applied for the family the same day. We got approved in under one month. We are waiting for the children's PPR.

Please i need ideas and best way to handle this denial my wife got for SOWP with 3 reasons below

what i intend to do
1. so in literal terms her job in naija pays about 100k and ircc is not convinced that will encourage her to come back at end of my temporary stay(studies). I want to include her as shareholder in her in-laws business to show she has an extra income to take care of herself

2. the asset we intend to use is in her brothers name hope Ircc will not see it as an issue because her parents bought the assets in her brothers name and now been gifted to her

3. i have to boost her POF and mine too. Her sowp was probably denied without looking at the fact i have POF in my own account and my assets,

So Gurus in the house what are your thoughts will this fly
do i have to build POF again for 3-4 months considering this new amount that ircc released this January
it was denied yesterday jan 22 if i commence the POF when can i possibly apply that will not give them a reason to deny

Let me cease the time to ask for POF for SOWP, I haven't seen it clearly stated on the Canada website yet. But I have about 11500cad, will that be enough too please?

What's the actual minimum for spouse sowp

The splitting you did may have been the reason for the refusal. Probably the visa officer made the decison based on the information in the applicant's segment and didn't bother searching for the other part.
I advise that you compress and reapply.

With much further inquiries and questions being ask from some of those who’d gotten their visas through SOWP. They are insisting that SOWP doesn’t fall under IMP that’s international mobility programmes. Which is what’s in my refusal note and another person I saw his refusal here too.
Please I want to ask is SOWP now under IMP or we are doing what’s total wrong?

Why not leave it in ur savingss account and submit both accounts as prooff of funds..

U can also include ur hubbys account staement as well.

- I'm transferring funds from my savings account into my salary account (which i intend using for submission), will there be an issue with the lump sum movement? or do i need to get a deed for it as well?

-Also, is it a must to submit my husband's bank statement alongside mine?

- Finally, how early can i move the funds into my salary account and how long should it be there for, before printing my statements?
