Heads up, bosses.

Lagos, Abuja, and Ogun state are, officially, locked down, by the Federal government. Other states also have their state government-imposed lockdowns and curfews. Also, there are no cargoes coming in through NAHCO, and most interstate traveling and logistics have been shutdown.

Now, in order to prevent possible TLC and AIN deal scams, I'm suggesting that @dragnet should TEMPORARILY close or hide this thread.
I say this, because I saw a 'TV for sale' thread yesterday, and it appears that 2 or 3 people have paid for one TV, and with the lockdown, none of them will get the TV. I guess the seller lured them with a cheap price, and then told them to pay or deposit, for them to seal the deal, so that he won't sell to another person. Now, in order to forestall such an incident (selling one item to multiple people or collecting money from many people for a non-existent item) from happening here, (and, it will happen without any suspicion, because that's how we do TLC deals on a good day, and even AIN may be sold to multiple people, by a trusted dealer), can we all agree to have the thread closed or hidden, for the duration of lockdowns in major states?

I was still telling a client this on Monday to be careful because he was really in need of getting an item at all cost.

Closing of the thread temporary, I wouldn't want such because it will even lead to dubious members opening their individual thread with the sole aim of scamming just like the case of the TV you quoted, I think the first page of this thread is a big warning to those buying either as existing or new members, so failure to read the first page before any transaction should be the total loss of such person. We can only try to help if it's possible but he/she should not think is compulsory.

I as a person is taking this "Stay at home" period to read some threads here on nairaland which I find helpful, so imagine if such threads were close down already. And I believed one or two person is taking his or her time to read about this thread also. I think best we can do is to try and counter any suspicious sales that will find its way to this thread before it find its prey.

We all at a time have had our fair share(s) of good deals gone wrong and assuming he is ready to learn then he will know even the big names out there at a time have had bad businesses/issues but their ability to act fast and smoothly to please their clients is what his keeping their name and businesses from going down the drain.

He still thinks is about back biting or politics with all what has been said by the good people here....

And you guys can see that Kulkid is now gentle and being remorseful, why is that so? If he can maintain the clean records for 3-6months then of course he can get off the books if not extension is allowed.

Whole different agreement transaction? Did you keep your end of the transaction? He came to you privately or not? Why did it lingered for a year? Was the agreement for him to get his phone that he paid for in March 2019 delivered to him in March 2020? Or what am I not reading?

For Peter's case, like I said the little ones matters, do you know the 17 deals you claimed he got, do you know maybe it belongs to him or not? Let assumed it doesn't and what belongs to him is what you refunded after a month....do you know what you have caused him? Let even assumed he got a loan of ₦1m to pay back this month, do you know what you have caused him?

Most people that are making decisions here don’t even buy on Offerup anymore because most of them know that Offerup deals sometimes don’t come as described because when you buying Offerup deal like 6 ,7 items most of the times one or 2 would end up faulty
I have done countless purchases on that Offerup even more than some of those wanting to govern here
So no body should try act like there are a better person here

Both of them tried reaching out to Chisomk9 for a year and months privately but they were ignored and insulted, and when it was made public here....Chisomk9, still ignored and fail to respond despite the fact that he was coming online to view...he started responding and making amendment when his names and numbers was blacklisted.

So, to those saying his names should be removed from being blacklisted, tell me if his names wasn't blacklisted in the first place, would he have responded?

Peter is someone that have done transactions to a point I just tell him I will have an item he will just pays for it without asking any further

On February 9 I told him I got an iphone 11 from Mikky I told him my price and ask him how much he thinks he can buy it he said 210k We did not talk further till 2 days later I sent him list of 12 phones and told him to tag prices he can buy them , he told me his prices some I refused till we agreed he said he will pay for them then he also said he will pay for the the iphone 11 we had talked about together with that of the 12phones , 2 days back McMayor was interested in the iphone 11 too and made payment of 140k advance on it so since peter still wanted an iphone 11 to I had to shop for a factory unlocked one on eBay immediately
Few days later the 12 phone landed I dropped it off with his guy and promised him when the iphone 11 landed he will get it. He bought another set of deal of 4 sealed phones those landed few days later and the iphone 11 i shoped on eBay landed too I found out it had and after market screen and Face ID was bad I can’t give him that so I told him to go pick just the 4 other phone of which he did total of 16 phones no issues now he called me an said he really needs the factory unlocked iphone 11 that he really needs to sort a client ,I wanted him to really be a little patient I told him the issue I had with Mikky mixing up one iphone 11 for someone else and that of that person for me but was rectified few days later .Of which that very one is the one mcmayor is supposed to take and the one from eBay he is supposed to take.
Fews later he called me and sounded pissed that I am not communicating with him over the whereabouts of the iphone 11 ,i told him that the iphone 11 I got another one on its way for you that once it lands I will bring it to him ..which was only a matter of few days, he did not call me before making to complain here

Of which the phone landed on 23rd of March
But he asked for a refund ..

The watches was a picker told me a seller she met had series watches
2 series 2 And 1 series 3 all 42mm
I asked her the price we agreed
When the watches got here i took it straight from pick up location to meet his guy at CV and I did not check the items ..
I sent peter the screenshot of prove of description picker gave me before I bought the deal and even told him to confirm from picker if I ever knew the where series 1 and not 2

This is exactly what I was thinking, this period we will be able to check their record and doings....if it stay clean for 3/6months then the names can be taken down but I don't buy into immediate take down of names once issues are resolved. It takes no message home....

Chisom reached out to me on the 11th of February that he had some TLC deals ,he stated the items with their respective prices part of which was an iPhone 11 64g for 210k,I sent him a total of 715k,505k for other deals and 210k for the iPhone 11 so that made the total 715k.The iPhone 11 in question was ready for pick up on the 21st of February,it was Mikky that shipped the phone .
On the 22nd of February, Chisom told me my items were ready and also told me about some apple wrist watches that he would like to sell( 2 series 2 42mm and 1 series 3 42mm) and I paid 315k for the watches and the extra phones.I told someone to meet up with him at ikeja and pick up the items.I later discovered that the apple wrist watches he sold were not as described, 1 is series 1 38mm,series 142mm and series 3 38mm as against what he told me.Note that the iPhone 11 I paid for were not part of the items he dropped ,he said that would be delivered later.
Feb. 23,I asked Chisom about the other items and he told me there was a mix up with the iPhone 11 that it was given to someone else and said it would be resolved.I kept asking him about the iPhone 11 but he was giving me evasive response .I asked him again about the phone and he told me someone was going to call my guy so that he could help me pick up the 11.He told me he had 11 pro max deals on ground and I paid him a total of 470k on the 6th of March for 2 pieces of iPhone 11 pro max.I never knew the story he gave about someone calling my guy to pick the 11 was just a ploy for me to buy those deals that day.Up till date, no one has called my guy to pick up the iPhone 11 like Chisom said.I later got to know that the iPhone 11 in question that he sold to me was also sold to McMayor meaning he sold 1 phone to 2 different people.
Instead of Chisom to solve our pending issues,he left a very wide communication gap,I have been calling him for days without him picking my calls and he doesn't respond to my WhatsApp messages.I called him with a different line about 5 days ago only for him to tell me that the screen of his phone broke and that he was at computer village to get it fixed,I guess that phone is still been fixed till today because I still haven't heard from him.I already told him that I would like to return the apple wristwatches that he sold and get a refund for them and he hasn't given me a clear stand on that too.
Please help me implore Chisom for him to come out and clear the air on these issues:

1.Where is the factory unlocked iPhone 11 I paid him for ?

2.What does he intend to do about the 3 apple wristwatches that he sold to me that are not as described?

3.What is that fate of the 2 iPhone 11 pro max that I paid for ?

Your items aren't as described. You need to pick them up and either make a refund or reolace the items. Personally, I'd rather you replace the items with mint/functional items. You held on to his cash for so long and to make matters worse, you weren't taking his calls nor responding to his messages. Recall how pissed you were when your deal went sour with idboyostic threatening to bring the wrath of amadioha if he didn't refund you when in truth it was your fault as you didn't read between the lines before diving in.

It's more than 24hrs and Chisomk9 chose not to give a response to what he was accused of despite the fact that he has been coming online. And it's crazy nobody is fighting for the truth, even people that are meant to fight for the truth openly kept blind to this.

Chisomk9, felt nothing can be done to him since people that are meant to tell him the truth are telling him lies behind the scene, tomorrow will come he will repeat same act and some underdogs are watching...tomorrow when they do crazy things like this then we can keep shut and let it go.

With this said, since Chisomk9 felt so big to respond then we can as well blacklist his name on nairaland and also his name and numbers should be put on the front page pending when he clears himself of this act.

These 3 questions were raised by Peterflexy001 against Chisomk9 and still begging for answers despite partial refund has been made after a month plus with no profit for the buyer.

From the analysis so far, we deduced that same phone in question 1 was sold to Mcmayor and Peterflexy001....we still wait for clarity on this though.

Question 2? Has it that whenever Chisomk9 is at computer village, Peterflexy001 should bring it for inspection but he forgot when he was collecting the money via transfer things were made easy without meet up.

Question 3? We still don't know maybe is Audio deal to buy time or not
