I still Haven't received mine I went there today and something I ordered was given to me they didn't even call me it was a worker who saw it and kept it then remembered the name when I called it. It was untracked haven't had problems with untracked

In regards to the phone the Lady there said they haven't received items in a while that all they have at old items and if mine was there they would have texted me and yet I didn't receive a call nor text for the untracked I collected today

I have been getting this error lately when I try to make payments with my GTB MasterCard which I have been using for a while to make payments on AliExpress and yes I've changed currency to USD in settings. How can I fix this ?

It has Happened to me before only that on my case I was deducted but later refunded automatically in less than 24hrs then after the refund I tried ordering again and it was successful

Opened a dispute... I don't trust the seller again ordered an item from him July 7 waited for 2 months nothing came... Opened a dispute and he told me cancel it that he'll solve the issue for me,only to told by him again that the parcel is nowhere to be found

Since you didn't open dispute nor request extension of Buyers Protection it's been above 60 days and also I think AliExpress would have paid the money out to the seller

Singapore and Yanwen is faster compared to china post and aliexpress standard, according to my experience though

I second this also Singapore is very fast as opposed to another shipping method

I have just about 1 year experience shopping with aliexpress. My items have arrived the post office max 3 weeks & a few days. This is the first phone i have ordered from aliexpress & the first item ordered that departed the country of origin (Singapore) more that a month ago, that is yet to arrive my local post office. I always use alliexpress standard shipping too. The seller of this phone is a a brand store with more that enough reviews, so am striking out the part of them being fraudulent.

On Wednesday the 13th, the 60 days buyer protection would be due. I intend to extend it for an additional 2 weeks, to see what happens. Hopefully it arrives within that extension period. I really need this particular phone & my options are limited.

Your shoe is exactly my size I have same issues ordered from AliExoress and it's from Singapore stuck at Despatched to Destination country and I've already asked for extension of 2 weeks just hoping it comes and my option are really limited as I already have all the other accessories I bought for the phone

There is. Your item is likely in 9ja but delivery delayed. Got a parcel last week that's been on Dispatched to overseas. NIPOST tracking site is back online last weekend; you should be getting updates on items dispatched from last week as I got one on Sunday. Things are likely to go back to normal by Monday.

Login to your acct on a browser and extend your buyer's protection period by 1/2 week(s).

The seller extended it by 2 weeks without me even asking I am ready to give the grace of that 2 weeks but after that I am done I can't wait anymore

Ask for extension na. You know the reason for the delay in delivery. I got 3 delivery of tracked items on Tuesday, 2 of which had been in Lagos for over 3weeks and 1 was still indicating "Dispatched to overseas"as at the time it was delivered and 3 untracked were also delivered. 3 items are still enjoying Lagos air for over 2weeks!

I'd extend it by maybe 15days or so it's really a huge chunk of cash I was intending to sell this phone after I get this new one but now I am stuck

All the items i ordered after that , including the ones i ordered on the 2nd of October , have all arrived, except this phone. Its really frustrating. I am just waiting out time to ask for a refund and then try again.

I don't think it has any thing to do with strike. All the other items i ordered after this have arrived , including a tablet and all i used Aliexpress standard shipping.

The thing is just shocking so me I am also waiting for Purchase Protection to run out

I don't think it will be seized by customs because it's not an illegal item unless it has a false customs declaration and they find out. Usually in a worst case scenario they make you pay custom duties when you go to collect at the PO.

She just told me I should be Patient that it would Arrive I'd just try and check Monday and see what's up if nothing when my Purchase Protection nearly runs out I'd just file for Dispute

I've said it severally that NIPOST isn't fully functional for weeks now due to strike action of the dispatch partner of theirs. How do you expect packages to move from IMPC to your location when those responsible for it don't pick it/them up? Untracked items are pushed to POs than tracked items since the commencement of the strike.

It'll eventually be moved but not in their priority list for reasons best known to them. I've got over 5 items in same situation since 30/09.

Opening a dispute won't do anything cuz your item will likely be under 60days timeframe and since it's AliExpress Standard Shipping, it's 80% likely not to be entertained until last day.

You may ask the seller to extend buyer's protection period for you.

I am just growing impatient I heard you earlier when you said it and I confirmed it cause I got all my untracked items delivered already but I am just amazed

Or you can go to your PO and report a missing parcel. They write your name and phone number and they check for it there and if you get luck they might find it if it's not stolen.

I noticed something the other day when i went to ask about my Registrated package that stopped tracking after "departing country of origin" and hasn't arrived. They opened a different site (that is not open to the public) for trackings and there i saw detailed information on the whereabouts of my package which is still in Lagos. You can ask for them to track it for you there.
But the best luck you have right now is to open dispute and get your money back.

I went there and they opened this same site I don't even know which one but she told me the package is in Lagos since and that since it's a phone I should pray it has not been seized by custom that I should just be patient it might arrive

He's likely not to get anything there. They're rationing delivery of tracked items while untracked are being delivered without any ish. Sabotaging the govt. It's a deliberate act by the NIPOST dispatch partners. I've received at least 7 untracked items while at least 5 tracked items are still in Lagos since 2/10.

He can try his luck sha, but 80% sure it hasn't been delivered to his PO.

I can easily believe this as it explains why my untracked case and protector got here while my device is no where to be found but why are they doing this if true what do they stand to gain from this I am seriously tired

It still has 20+ days as Buyers Protection is 60 days I just don't get it I ordered the phone same time I ordered for screen protector and case the case and protector are free shipping yet I have received them but I am yet to receive the phone that I paid shipping for

Yeah it's Registered and Trackable I have Tracking Code self and gave it to them they said they have no knowledge of it

I contacted NiPost via a Mail I picked up here and to my surprise they have no knowledge of my parcel that has been on transit for 38 days I don't even know what to say anymore
