Chopchopfine: You know some people don't know they are supposed to use Banga extract and not palmoil.
Nice job. It looks very yummy.
I think you're very wrong to say oha soup suppose use banga extract. In most places I know, palm oil is normally used. She said in her place and that makes a lot of difference in context, same way she's particular about specific fishes. Meanwhile, send me for testing first before I conclude
Zonefree: The energy you exert in cooking is orgasmic.
A good and virtuous woman uses good and delicious meals to eradicate arguments and misunderstanding in her home while feminists and "the future is femail" use bad mouth and equal rights mantra to extend and carry-over misunderstandings in her home.
seunak2016: you must be raise with cereal while growing up from a little. God is with you but try to dey chop correct anytime you feel like eating real food ooo
You got it wrong man. Not passionate about food doesn't mean I don't love and enjoy good food but not to the extent of having to cook them myself now. Unfortunately, I didn't see much cereal growing up.
seunak2016: lol...popcorn. well if you are food monger like me, that's cool. I think we still have very few number of guyz or men that don't really eat . if you fall into category then that's cool
I really don't have any passion for food but know and enjoy one whenever I see it.
gloryhomemaker: In this cook with me video, I showed how to make bitter leaf soup that you can't get over with.
Bitter leaf soup known as Ofe Onugbu, mainly for the indigenous people from the south eastern part of Nigeria, is one soup that is very healthy due to the vegetable used which is called bitter leaf.
It's healthy, nutritious and very delicious, let's cook together.
Ingredients used:
Beef Assorted meat (Offal) Kpomo Bitter leaf Ede (Cocoyam) Ogiri Igbo Yellow and red peppers Crayfish Palm oil Stock fish Dry catfish Seasoning cubes Salt to taste
mariahAngel: Guguru are like popcorn, but they don't fully pop, making them a bit harder to chew (more like toasted corn). They're best eaten with groundnuts.
Better than real popcorn for those that want to seal their stomach for the day against hunger.
pocohantas: I have never cooked with one that was spicy. Maybe because I take out the seed. The seeds of tatashe in particular turns out bitter when in high quantity. I have never tried out shombo with the seed, except for ewa agoyin sauce and it wasn’t even spicy.
I am very sure TATASHE is not spicy. I would have to reconfirm SHOMBO.
You are welcome. Tatashe, shombo, tomatoes and tomato puree is an overkill. Except if you are cooking party jollof. Use tatashe and shombo, remove the seeds and skip tin tomatoes. You would get a fluid and natural-tasting stew.
