chrisooblog: Nwakali that you mentioned is a playmaker from the few club games you have watched here and there how many assists has he provided? how many games have you seen him "organize things in the middle and coordinate"?
Nwakali though talented has a long way to go. If you used a obviously superior player to critique Iwobi i would have no issues. Alex can better no doubt but their is no proof (at least for now) that Nwakali is better
The word "better" is subjective , vague and relative in all sense. I was cautious enough not to use it because I know how you guys can get.
chrisooblog: bro i think Nwakali is a good talent who can still come good but I feel you are being too critical of Iwobi. Alex in the Super Eagles bar Mikel has been our best midfielder. How many midfielders in the History of the super eagles except for okocha do you know have scored as much goals as Iwobi.
His club form is due mostly to various coaches not really knowing how to utilize him. once he gets a role he can flourish in then i think we will get to see the best of him
Alex Iwobi , without any doubt, has features of a talented player. Yes, he has scored some nice goals for SE , however , what we need is a creative midfielder who can organize things in the middle and coordinate with Osimhen ,KC , Chukwueze and S. Kalu up front, and Iwobi could not pull that off despite the insane talents he is blessed to work with. However, this is not because he has no talent but he is not a playmaker which Nwakali is despite his setbacks. This is about abilities rather than form. Why are blacks deficient in critical reasoning ?
charlesemeka85: and u don't even come close to those who are onyim. Smell out abeg!
Internet has a way of bestowing nonentities with a measure of self confidence , while they conveniently remain anonymous so their true identities are never revealed. You wouldn't say this on Facebook.
soetanoreoluwa: First season that he scored 20+ goals ...it is well
Second season he scored 17goals...before he left for China.
Let us imagine nacho scored 17 EPL goals will you tagged him a failed player?
And how you call other people hater still me
Ighalo scored 17 goals in EPL and 20 goals in the Championship league. Dont deceive people. Yes, he failed in the EPL after his first season and such player is not ideal for a club of Man U status.
sheyishemba: if I tear you slap ehen I hope you understand what superbly great means ....in nwakali first season he played 52 matches and scored 7 goals with 5 assists in second division in dutch league and you're saying that same player is better than iwobi an Everton and arsenal ....for those that unnecessary hype nwakali hope you guys know his current and his market value ever he worth £300000 and iwobi currently worth value is £25.5 million and highest value is 32 million ....iwobi worth 100 times nwakali
"tear me slap" ? Bros, relax ooo because we no even know each other like that!!! Again , Nwakali performance was superb in his first season. Iwobi is not a playmaker like Nwakali and all the pricing stuff has forces controlling them. Comparing Iwobi and Nwakali is unreasonable because Iwobi is English with many benefits , privilege and opportunities while Nwakali only has his God given talent and unappreciative people in nutcase like you.
And I will advice you to quit insulting people here. I saw what transpired between you and Nerd and how you were tossed around because of your own ffoolishness. Respect yourself, oga.
komekn: First of all how do you know he doesn't have Nigerian passport as well. Just like a huge majority of current Nigeria SE players with dual citizenship by allegiance not birth.
You don't know him personally to make that deduction.
Well , you and I know this is not about passport. Eze would chose England before Nigeria because thats where his heart lies. Would you take a girl who rejected you and came back to you after she got dumped ? Answer the question
komekn: You are in some deep delusional misguided notion, you have eyes but cannot see.
This Nwakali has had 5 years of mediocrity and abysmal perfomance.
Was he ball boy collecting footballs in Eredivisie, or a spectator in the second tier Eerste ( he got demoted) he then got further demoted to Porto B youth football. He had several infact too many chances and FAILED. We are talking over three years of mediocrity.
And you can have the audacity to claim he will effective send Iwobi into the Championship and retirement.
Why because the team that he contributed little or nothing too has been promoted to La Liga, that will struggle not to be demoted immediately on their return.
You should give some respect to Iwobi, Nwakali may never ever get to achieve up to 20% of what Iwobi has achieved in football. They are more or less the same age he could even be older.
K. Nwakali performed superbly great in his first season in Europe and that was another evidence to the abundance of talent in the boy but this didnt come without challenges and set backs. Some Which he was responsible for because he lacked the determination and zeal his peers, Chukwueze and Osimhen possess. Yet , while you english shhit eaters like to mock and ridicule our home grown talent I implore you remember the challenges a young African footballer go through in Europe and understand that when these boys fail it's not always their lack of talent. The system favors the Europeans even crappy ones.
If we can somehow manage to replicate this along many other major roads in the state, that would help purify the air we breathe and make the state conducive for habitation. Watch videos of our city neighborhoods and see how total lack of tree planting has truly made what would have been a great neighborhood into a concrete slum. You rarely find trees over a vast area. Don't we know that trees purify the air of the smoke and CO2 added by cars and other industrial pollutants? I wish someone can do a study on the number of death due to air pollution so that we can put the cost of this behavior of never planting trees into perspective.
AmericanQuarter: Rotary club Awka in conjunction with Anambra State Government embarks on planting of 200 trees along and around Esther Obiakor road Awka and its environs.
Just 200 trees ?
I would think Obiano by now should have planted over 2 billion trees along all Anambra major roads. However , I dont know much about tree planting or the cost. Which make to want to ask questions ; so, are these trees expensive because I could be ignorant just like I thought all roads with the same distance cost same amount.
He helped them gain promotion to the premier league... And he was their top scorer in his first season in the top flight..
His last 6 months at the club might have been bad but it doesn't make him a failure..
According to our resident football agent. A player is as good as his last performance. Ighalo is the perfect definition of a below average striker. He is done ! Get over it. No amount of statistics and analysis can fix this.
Your post basically narrated his past little and inconsequential achievements.
ChrisKels: Bro no vex, rest for now, until Nwakali starts pulling these irokos in real life. We dun hear you already, e dun do, u dun try okay? odumodu na Nsugbe
Guy , why do people get agitated whenever names like Nwakali , Azubike is mentioned in a ffucking Nigerian football forum yet foreign players are talked about all day as if they belong here ?? Every has freedom of speech here and I will sing praises of Nigerian players even if they are crap. The rest of the world do the same yet you are not better than them.
There was a time Tammy was talked about so much I almost believed he was Nigerian! What ffuckery! Onye obuna gbalu ogwu ya nuo
TheLoneCitizen: Iwobi, Ola Aina and Eberechi Eze in Nigerian kits.
Eze has Nigerian ancestry but that doesn't make him a Nigerian. He carries a British birth cert and their passport. His first choice is England and only when they could take he remembers Nigeria. As for me , my self respect is off the roof and I don't do rejects!
Subzero047: You mean his playing style, because he has not orchestrated a game since 2015
Yes, his style. The fact he didn't play was not entirely his doing but his skill set hasn't changed. We saw what an unfit Nwakali did at CHAN nations cup
Edopesin: I don't know what your definition of Man u material is but in my dictionary, Scoring a goal in every start makes him a 24 yards man u material
You think a player that failed at Watford is a Man U material? Your criteria is not sufficient, oga
