Fashion / Types Of Bras by IDLeemah(f): 4:50am On Sep 27, 2021
- T-Shirt Bra - These kind of bras come with molded protection and are seamless around the edges. They sometimes come with an underwire and can either be padded or not. They add rigidity, and depending on your bust size, gives it a minimal look. It is the underwire that offers complete coverage, and the whole idea is to take you far away from the fear of a boob pop out.

- Sports Bra : For those that work out, this is a must have as this can make your workout comfortable. A sports bra need to be snug fitting and encompassing all round.
We suggest you pick a sports bra based on your activity level; a low impact sports bra is fine for yoga while high impact sports bra is suitable for exercises like running, aerobics etc.

- push up bra: as the name implies, this type of bra lifts and adds volume to the breasts so that they look more symmetrical, closer and fuller and also accentuateyour cleavage.

- Balconette Bra - Also known as demi bras. This kind of bra provides minimal coverage of the busts, thereby making it perfect for clothes with low necklines.

7 Mistakes You're Making In The Morning That Ruin Your Productivity

It has been impossible for many of us to feel productive since the COVID-19 pandemic began, to get our normal lives.

Many of us may be feeling a desire to boost our personal productivity, even if it’s just a little bit. And your morning routine can be a great place to start. Just a few simple tweaks can pay dividends in how energized and effective you are throughout the day.

Here are seven common mistakes people make in the morning that hamper productivity, and what to do instead:

1: Forcing yourself to wake up early.

Base on research, the notion that you have to be an early bird in order to get a lot done simply isn’t true, said Chris Bailey, author of “The Productivity Project.”

“We tend to beat ourselves up about the time we wake up,” he said — but we’re “all wired differently.”

A person who wakes up at 10 a.m. can absolutely be as productive as a person who wakes up at 5 a.m.; what matters is how “deliberately” they act once they’re awake.

2: Starting your day in ‘reactive mode.’

The biggest mistake people make is starting their days without a clear plan for what they intend to do,” said Laura Vanderkam,
Proactive start to the morning involves spending some time thinking about your priorities for the day, running through your calendar and to-do list, and making a plan.

3: Not getting dressed.

“Getting dressed properly helps,” Allcott said. “There’s a thing in psychology called ‘enclothed cognition’ which shows us that the brain performs differently if you’re well dressed.
It tells your brain something new is about to happen and helps you shift gears.

4: Skipping breakfast and a.m. hydration.

“Breakfast is a huge part of a successful morning routine because it provides you with the energy that you need to focus on whatever it is that you have going on in the rest of the day,” said Stephanie Nelson, a registered dietitian and in-house nutrition expert for MyFitnessPal.

5: Doing too much multitasking.

When you’re trying to whip through a long to-do list, it’s tempting to juggle. (It’s also unavoidable if you’re balancing work, child care and other responsibilities.)

But to the extent it is possible, you should aim to “monotask,” Zellner said.

“Multitasking reduces productivity by up to 40% and can have negative long-term effects on the brain,” she explained. It is therefore important to focus on one thing for a given period of time.
Transitioning to monotasking can take a few weeks, Zellner said, as you retrain your brain to focus on a specific task for longer periods of time. But stick with it, and pencil in plenty of breaks.

6: Not prepping the night before.

At the end of a long day, the last thing anyone wants to do is plan for the next. But experts say it can make a big difference in productivity and might ultimately buy you more downtime.

It is recommend that at the end of each work day, list out your must-dos for the next day.

Another key part of preparing for the next day is to have a
"Quality sleep,”  this enables you the ability to focus on specific information when other things are occurring around you. This means that a poor night of sleep will hinder your ability to monotask and be productive.

7: Not prioritizing calm.

The mornings can be chaotic, particularly if you’re trying to cram a lot in while caring for others. But experts
warned that trying to do too much can truly backfire.

If we start the day off on a note of anxiety instead of a slower note — when we’re disconnected and experience some calm — that’s going to carry through the rest of the day. What “calm” looks like is really personal. Maybe it’s meditating for five minutes. Maybe it’s sitting quietly with a cup of coffee etc.

Whenever you’re trying to make changes to your morning routine, go slow.

Do not try and change everything you do in the morning, otherwise, it’s going to set you up for failure.

Because when it comes to productivity, slow and steady truly does win the race.

Some calm — that’s going to carry through the rest of the day," says one productivity expert.

Fashion / How To Measure For Your Bra Size by IDLeemah(f): 10:21am On Sep 21, 2021
Having a good to great fitting bra is an essential element for your clothes to fit right, feel comfortable and look better.

The following are the steps in measuring and calculating your bra size:

- Band Size: This refers to the number on your bra size. To get this measurement, take a tape rule and measure the base of your breasts or your round underbust( some people refer to this as the under bust circumference)
NOTE: if your answer gives you an ODD number, round it up to the nearest EVEN number
For example: My band size measures 33inches I'd record it as 34 inches

- Bust Size: This refers to the fullest part of your breasts(bangers). Using a tape measure, take the measurement around your banger and write it down.
For example: my bust size measures 40 inches

- The next step is to deduct the band size from the bust size.
I.e 40 minus 32 give me 6inches.
This number gives me my cup size. I check for this difference (6inches) under the bra size table, which is an E(UK size).
So my bra size is a 34(band size) plus alphabeth(E) - 34E.

That will be all for today folks. I hope this post was helpful. Let me know your thoughts. Please, like, comment and share.
Thank you

Fashion / All About Bras by IDLeemah(f): 9:32am On Sep 20, 2021
As stylish women, one major problem we face on a regular basis is finding the perfect bra to hold our "bangers" in place.

From the perspective of a designer, one of the golden rule of the designer's secret code is to tell a client in advance to put on or bring along their regular bras when coming for measurement taking.

The importance of wearing a good bra underneath your garment cannot be over emphasized as this plays a huge role in making or maring the overall look of your outfit.

So as not to bore you with too many details today, subsequent posts would centre around the following:
* How to accurately measure yourself so as to calculate your bra size
* Different Bras for different outfit
* The ultimate bra shopping guide
* Bra care

Fashion / Straight/rectangle Body Shape by IDLeemah(f): 11:42am On Sep 18, 2021
You fall into this body shape category if you have a small to average bust size, your waist is usually undefined, your hip/bottom is straight, shoulders and hip is well aligned and you have nice lean arms and legs.

Style Goals

Your style goal is mainly to create an illusion of curves and a defined waistline. Make sure to show off your nice arms and legs.
- Off shoulders, round and scoop necklines work well for this body shape
- clothes with ruffles, bright colors and bows are good investment for your wardrope
- Skinny jeans would be nice on this body shape
- Use belt to defined your waist

Don't

-steer clear of clothes with square necklines
- crop tops are a no no
- Empire cut dresses below the waist is also a no
- Avoid straight dresses and skirt

Fashion / The Inverted Triangle Body Shape by IDLeemah(f): 9:48am On Sep 17, 2021
You fall into this body shape category if;
* Your shoulder and chest is broad
* Your hips and waist is narrow
* Your physique may be athletic in nature
The major goal for this body shape is balance or soften the upper body with the narrow hips.

Style Goals

- Avoid wearing wide neck outfits
- Wear dark to neutral colors on the upper half of the body
- Wear bright colours at the lower body to take attention away from the upper body
- Avoid skinny tight trousers and narrowing hem outfits
- Wide leg pants, soft/drape fabrics work best for this body shape
- Wear skirts and dresses with pleats, gathers or any form of added fullness around the waist.
- High waisted skirts and pants are a good choice
- A-line dresses, fit and flare dresses tops/dresses with empire cuts are also your buddies
- V-necklines and deep scoop necklines are the best for this body shape.

Don't

- Clothes with wide necklines make your shoulders look wider, so steer clear
- Steer clear of leggings paired with big tops as they make your legs look smaller
- Avoid puffy sleeves
- No to pencil skirts
