SoliBayNG:By bus |
TenderSol:God bless you, lots of mumu mod |
Great! Thanks for sending APC to the waste bin, we Nigerians are eagerly waiting for next year to thrash this broom waiving party who had inflicted pain on us into the thrash can of history! |

Good day everyone in the house and special greetings to the gurus for their selfless service. Please I need your advice on this : A friend of mine used an agent for B1/B2 visa and got denied. He wanted to reapply but he is demanding for unreasonable amount of money even higher than the one he billed him initially. I told him he can do it himself and wanted to guide him through but the username and password for booking appointment is an issue. The agent created an email address for him and used it during the last appliance my friend has no access to the email address and password neither the username for booking an appointment. How do we resolve this issue to.ensure he reapplies without going through this agent? Your suggestions will be highly appreciated |
justwise:Thanks and Ekpotekh |
ekpotek:Thanks so much for this response. The truth is that I actually wanted to use the opportunity to write a USA professional exam and UK is one of the nearest centers I can write the exam. Will check up the tourist options. |
Good morning @justwise and other guru in the house. Please I have a situation and I need your advice My best friend will be graduating in July (PhD program) from Nottingham University and wants to invite me for the graduation ceremony. Here is my situation : 1. I work with state Govt and earn a little bit above 100k but as at the time of typing this (less than 6 months to the time) I have zero naira in account balance 2. I have an unregistered business in Nigeria with my graduating friend but I run the business and the money is paid into his Nigeria account. He transfers my own share into my account at the end of each month which is usually between 100-350k 3. I will be hosting students in Nigeria for an online course by a top USA university from April to June (people already signed up) and over 1million is expected to be deposited into my account by students (100 students) within 10 days out of which 400k will be mine after paying the school the course fees. 4.I was denied USA visitor's visa in August last year and I spent 3 weeks in East African countries of Kenya Uganda and Rwanda in November last year. 5. I'm married with kids but will be traveling alone and intend to spend 5 days. I will be responsible for the flight and other expenses but will be staying with him and his family during my visit. 6. I plan to have between 1-1.2million in my account when applying for visa Questions 1. Will there not be a problem with visa considering that my opening balance is poor? 2. Is the monthly transfer from same friend into my account not pose a problem for me? (He has suggested to start sending the money to my wife account and from my wife to me) 3 Will deposit of over 1 million by 100 people within 1 week not pose a problem during the visa application? 4 will denial by USA have effect on the outcome of my visa? Your response will be highly appreciated. Thanks |
Good day house,I have a customised forum just like Nairaland and I am currently having some issues I would like an experienced webmaster to help me to look into, identify and solve it. Thanks |
cutieme:Go to https://www.migration.gov.rw/index.php?id=2 and pick the appropriate visa class you want. You can chat with the customer care agent who is always online and very helpful |
wanger50:Yes, 146k for return flight from Lagos but note that I booked a month ahead. From Kampala to Nairobi cost #6,500 and the journey took about 9 hours or so |
cutieme:Its visa on arrival for Nigerians just apply online before you go. Best place to migrate to i don't know but definitely not Rwanda because things are expensive there. |
wanger50:Flight ticket varies on when you book.use wakanow to check the cost.on visa I think its visa on arrival for Nigerians but not so sure. In just returned from a tour of Kenya,Rwanda and Uganda using the east African tourist visa which cost $100 in Rwanda got flight for 146,000 naira and used bus from Rwanda to Uganda to kenya |
Which network please |
KaptainAfrika:Thanks all. For clarity sake I filled the present form(2017) MYSELF. I only used agents for the visa lottery I entered between 2005-2008. |
KaptainAfrika:I filled it while still in school then and immediately after school while still single. But now I'm married with kids . I used agents and sincerely don't know what they filled then but my names and date of birth were correct (those are the two I'm sure were correct) |
Sebastine1606:No I didn't win in any. Personally I feel the VO is in haste and I'm simply unlucky to have been assigned to him. He didn't even ask me my job responsibilities. Do you think I stand a better chance after my East Africa tour (Rwanda, Uganda and Kenya in fact I will even add Ghana join)? |
KaptainAfrika:1. 265,000 naira per month 2. 2 weeks 3. Yes a family friend (a citizen and I said I would be staying with him) Note: I applied for USA visa lottery 3 times between 2005-2008 |
Good morning all, I have just been denied and mine was the shortest interview ever. It goes thus Vo : good morning, your passport please Me: Good morning Vo: Where are you going in usa? Me: Brooklyn, New York Vo: Why are you going to New York? Me: for vacation and also use the opportunity to visit tourist sites especially statue of liberty which has long been on my bucket list. Vo: What do you do? Me: said it Vo: How long have you been working? Me: 8 years Are you married? Me: yes, got married to my sweetheart 5years ago Vo: Any kid? Me: yes, I'm blessed with 2 kids(I mentioned their names) Vo: Are you going with anyone? Me: No, (was about explaining further before he cuts in) Vo: Have you traveled outside Nigeria before Me: This is going to be my first trip outside the country Then he said sorry bla bla bla and handed me the blue leaflet (Denied under 214b). Please experts what could be wrong and how do I tackle this? Although I have applied for leave at work to travel in November and have plan B in place and will be touring East African countries(Rwanda, Uganda and Kenya) Note: I'm 33,M no travel history, married with 2 kids and a Govt employee. This truly isn't a newly born baby |
TWoods:People just like to present their assumptions as facts. I personally know someone who earns #120,000 monthly and was granted visa. She is currently on vacation in US. Another person with a monthly salary of #150k got her visa and presently preparing for her trip |
ok |
OmoBendel24:Thanks so much for this bro. Since no one answered my questions earlier I had completed the form and booked an appointment with only my Govt job salary and also chose "Others" instead of friend |
Good evening house and thanks for the wonderful job here. I have 2 questions : 1. I'm going to spend part of my annual week in New York and will be staying with my landlord who is a permanent resident in usa and my father's childhood friend. Please which category does this falls to? Should I pick friend or others in the ds160 form? 2. I work 2 jobs(1 full time Govt job and other part time but earn more), how do I add that in my application or should I just stick with one while filling the ds160 form? Your response would be highly appreciated |
Wow his manhood lives long |
May his soul rest I perfect peace |
As from age 3 it's bad for parents to allow children unfettered access to their private parts. That was how a 5yr old girl was telling a 3yr old boy that he should always put on his pants otherwise his "kokoro" will become big like that of her own father |
I thought this was on front page few days ago |
Don't know much about the admission policy and subject combinations for Business admin in LASU but I think the basic subjects needed to study business admin are English, Mathematics, economics with any two subjects. I studied Business Admin with science O level results though (In an American University) |
