fuckboys: ah this is 1150w on microwave 1150 na theory. Practical check the model I send well. Max 1000w. Then you can set it in front from 200 - 1000 to microwave. It is settable. I practically run it and confirm on the inverter. Even on the 1000 set, when the oven hot it reduced to 902w on inverter. The thing make sense.

opt2: Good afternoon everyone pls am about buying this solar battery is it good I have installed Next 12v 3.84kwh lithium batteries and they're performing. I installed one on 2kva hybrid, pump water 0.5hp, run fridge, blender, washing machine alternately day time, run no sweat. The good thing is it can deliver high current on demand and receive high current charge. Small but big engine. Where my Zobo, I de come first😀 |

FEGEITOK: My generator was ok until some stupid repair guy altered some settings and while it can charge my Schneider inverter, the SRNE inverter does not like the frequency.
What is the solution to getting the frequency of the generator back to normal?
Is it to change the AVR or is it to use a screwdriver to reset those altered settings? It is Thermocool generator?
Thanks Call d gen guy to come and help u reset the voltage and d frequency. But they use to tell person straight to buy AVR |

Fremlin: So I am done putting together my 4.2kwh battery and 3.5kva inverter together, but here's the problem, I have been trying to charge with grid, it just won't charge.
It show that there is voltage, but for whatever reason current remains zero, but only spikes to 0.2 at intervals.
I have tried connecting the inverter directly to the grid without breakers and metres, it's still thesame thing.
Who have experienced this before? From experience, program ur system from SBU to USB then off solar and NEPA breaker then power first NEPA breaker wait like 1minute, power solar breaker. Also if on NEPA okay but if na generator pls check d gen frequency o. All d best |

kristien4: i have successfully done 440v on a 450v max voc. It worked. Then i did 468v on 450v, hoping the very long wire will probably sag the voltage to 440v, didn't work. Inverter displayed 448 to 455v. And an awful sound was coming from inside the inverter. I had to remove one panel before it stabilised. Verdict : you can get close to the max voc, but dont cross it. Thanks for the response. This expected setup will likely hit 490v for the 500v max VOC Welion inverter. |

Bruteality1: Good afternoon Beautiful people. I recently got tired of Nepa ish and decided to get a solar system for my small home. 1 freezer, 1 console, 1 TV, 2 fans. I contacted someone who after talking to him we agreed on 4kva which he said will carry my non inverter 1 hp Hisense AC. We agreed on 1.8 and he'll be using 400w panels x 4. I want to know if it's a good deal on my part or if the panels is not enough for that. He sent me some tubular batteries which I'll post below. I'm just new to this and don't want to get burnt. Country hard Its good that you are here. You already saw the reactions of my people. See u can get something better with ur N1.8m or with just small addition. Now let's recommend solution: 1. Where is ur location? 2. You could go for 2kw panels, 4.2kw Welion inverter, Valto 3.5kw LFP, protective devices, installation. If na me be u, if I go for this, I will ditch the a/c and go for Qasa 18' standing fan jeje de enjoy my life. Tinubu no send anybody o. All d best |

Darey00: Good morning wonderful people.
I stumbled on this thread and its been educative even though i no understand most of the big terms thrown around lol
So i have a small problem or should I say dilema.
My setup: Battery: Tubular 200Ah, 12V (new) -- Brand is Kartel Inverter: 1500W, 12V (Sukam Falcon, Pure sine wave) Solar Panels: 2 × 300W (600W total).
I dont know much about the charge controller but I will attach a picture to help guide whomever is answering.
Load: Fan - 125 W TV - 60 W Laptop - 39W 5 LED bulb lights
I used the battery from Friday evening to Sunday early morning cos our light wasn't good (low voltage). Throughout Saturday from morning till about 5pm i was using TV and the fan whilst charging via solar. At night i used the fan alone till morning.
The battery was low (11.0v) and started charging again via solar around 8am. I plugged a phone and the fan before unplugging everything around 12pm. By 3.30 pm I plugged the fan and lights before unplugging at 5pm. I powered it on by 7pm and within 15 minutes I got a battery low notification to reduce load at 14%. TV and fan plugged. The voltage had dropped from 11.9 to 11.5v too.
I had to switch off the TV and maintained a 003% load to use 11.3v till the morning. On Monday when I got home around 6.30pm I found that it's just 12v on the controller and sure enough, after plugging the TV, it started screaming after 30 minutes.
Now my question is: is there something wrong with the setup?
I got the setup last December and I'm sure of the battery's performance with PHCN for at least 16 hours with average load. Also, my compound borders a storey building that casts a shadwo around 3.30pm so I'm sure that also counts.
Someone suggested i got an mppt controller. Help me guys. I'm fine with normal battery charge but i feel I'm not getting the best out of my solar setup.
Attached is the controller In addition to other advise, I want to ask about that fan taking 125w or so. If it is one single fan, pls change the fan to lower consuming ones like 20 - 60w. Add 2 more panels, change CC to MPPT where you may connect panels all in series or 2S2P depending on CC volt limit and you are good to go. |

jidobaba: Good morning house. I have jinko 435w(3pcs) and 555w(2pcs) Plus a 24v 3kw Inverter and 60A mppt cc.
How can I combine the panels to give best results please? If the CC max limit can accommodate the 5panels then our consideration is d max VOC then: 1. Parallel 2pcs of the 435 then series it with d third 435 and the 2pcs 555. 2. Either sell off d 3pcs 435w and get more of 555 or vices versa. Make I go drink my kunu |
