I smiled when I saw you write ' I read my supernatural childbirth'...I think every mama out here should request this material if they do not have one already...it helps to build our faith and reminds us of God's promises concerning us mama...and every prayers to say, declaring God's words concerning us and our LO.


I remember I was so ill in my first trimester cos I totally forget this ebook until DH reminded me...now, I'm glowing(complexion wise), no worries whatsoever, healthy as God wants me to be, I teach, cook, clean, go grocery shopping..this is cause I keep declaring God's words concerning me and my baby.....

In fact, few days ago I didn't feel my baby's movement at all and I was saying it to DH that baby hasn't moved oo and the devil almost brought fears to my heart, I immediately remembered God's words, 'I will not cast my young or miscarry and the number of days I will fulfil"....I kept declaring, not long, my baby did a somersault...and I laughed..it's gettting into winter where I am, and everyone's getting flu and all, but I'm so healthy....though I also eat right(Oranges for Vit c) 'cos I told God I do not want a big bump, or fall ill....I'm 24 weeks going on 25

@nurse kaffy & other experienced momas, please need advise on my swollen feets. I don't know if it is normal or if I am lacking or having too much of something. I just noticed the swelling yesterday and it has lingered till today.My shoes are becoming too tight and I am just 16wks gone.
We shall all carry to term without complications, Amen!

Swelling is normal in pregnancy but it shouldn't be too much. You might want to check ur urine for protein and also ur bp. But don't worry, swelling is very normal just check to be on a safe side. We shall all carry to term without complications.

Yes it does, I also experience it and my doctor says it is fine. He said the body gets rid of the excess ferrous and that is what makes the stool dark.

You don't have to worry, each hospital has their own policy. My hospital does 2 weeks from the inception of ANC so that is their own style. I hrd it will change to weekly towards the end of the pregnancy. And we do ante natal lecture every month. Don't worry just enjoy!!!

Yeah d bp is high but as much as possible u don't want to b worried, cos it won't help the situation of tinz. Take ur drugs, eat healthy and rest as much as u can

Good morning mamas pls I went for ANC yesterday and was told that my bp is 150/90. it is on the high side though I was given some drugs, what do I need to do pls to make it go back to normal? Aunty Kaffy and other sabi mamas pls help. Am 30weeks gone...

And here comes our favorite line; "it's part of the package" It happens more after kpekus but I guess it is just the uterus expanding or so... As long as there isn't any funny discharge.

@Deezou I will advise you start as soon as possible. You have nothing to lose if you do, the earlier the better my dear. I started ANC when I was 5 weeks( even the doctor was clapping for me) even though I didn't ttc for 1 month. pls my dear, start as soon as possible. We will all carry to term and deliver our beautiful kids

        Am 13wks gone n the rate @ wc I urinate is alarming Infact I can represent nigeria in urinating competition @ Olympic n am sure of a gold medal.
    My bra size hv increase 4rm 34 to 40 now I just feel all dis changes is too sudden,.even bump is showin already whereas ppl @ 18wks neva see there own.
     I ws 2 go to movies yday on tryin 2 dress up I suddenly discover dat all my cloths ar no longer my size,i just started crying n all DH cld do ws laugh @ me.
       4rm the scan I did,am only carrying one baby,my questions is that is dis rapid change normal cos to me it's too sudden.

Forget that thing! U no fit win me for that Olympics! I can urinate for Africa! Dunno about the weight though, but as long as u are healthy no cause for alarm. Abeg don't make mistake of dieting o. I haven't added too much weight myself, am 26 weeks gone!

My baby gave me a serious scare dis morning, I was having serious pain in my stomach but I managed to take cold water and I felt relieved. But kiakia I went to the hospital to complain cos I was still feeling the pain, I was told no problem but I insisted on getting a scan. The scan went really well as I saw my baby having premiership in my stomach. Even the sonographer was saying "this ur baby is Ronaldo o very active!'" That was when my mind was at rest! Apparently it was the food I ate late last night that caused it( when I was hungry nko). The doctor advised me not to eat late that I can take something light if I feel hungry later in the night! May God help us all oooo

All these cloth diapers are confusing someone o jare. How can one be sold for 5400 and another one sold for 1500? Dunno which one to believe now...lol Disposable on my mind for now o!

It's true oo. In the first month, I used close to 150 pieces of diaper. Even till now, I'm still consuming diapers as if I'm working in diaper factory.

Exactly what a mom told me. She said I shouldn't focus on expensive diapers for initial use. She said I can step up my game on purchasing expensive ones as the baby grows older. Omo, wisdom is profitable to direct o.

Concerning diapers ehn, it's different strokes for different folks cos what one mum can say worked for her might not work for another. Me I no just wan bother myself as long as I make sure I use ori and nappy liner for the diaper! The liner will prevent direct contact to the baby's bum. Also it is not advisable to buy too expensive diapers for initial use cos you have to change frequently for newborns.So I will say follow your instinct while purchasing diapers.

The sex is sometimes not visible but the most important thing is for the baby to be healthy and fine! Sometimes they even make mistakes in the sex and you see a baby boy wear pink...lol

Cutiereborn, God will perfect His work in you! Always speak life to your LO and tell God exactly what you want your baby to look like. He is always able to do exceedingly above all we could ask of Him. Cheers!!!

Sm ppl are counting up while sm are counting down.my people sometime i feel fluid goshing fr my vj is it normal?.pls if u hv been pregnate wt fibroid ur advice is needed

If the fluid isn't massive then there is no problem but however if it gets too much pls see the doctor. And for the fibroid question, a lot of women have fibroid and have a stress free pregnancy. it all depends on the size and location of the fibroid and u can only get that with an ultrasound done. However if you feel any kind of pain during the pregnancy, you should see a doctor and they will give u analgesic to ease off the pain. plus u need to take a lot of water/ fluid and also cut down on red meat! I hope that helps

plus I bot nappy liner to avoid direct contact with the diaper. My nephew used it and he didn't have problems with rashes
