@Ifelumi. I know d bossom pump I used it too. Its easy to use, that one no get name na chinese product. Once ur bosom is full it expreses easily. You got good bargains dear.

Thanks ma'am I hope the breast pump works well for me too. Yes feeding bottles are needed too, can't be carrying boobi out anyhow in public. The secret of getting good bargain is to go to a store that has loads of things( wholesales). Their things are always cheaper than the smaller stores! Plus don't buy everything in a place especially when your instinct tells you they might be cheating you!

I got sleep suits 4 in a pack with 4 socks and handkerchief inclusive for 2k.
I got bodysuits too but I went for single ones so I was able to select the colors I want- each went for 500
Dr Browns diaper with 120 pieces for 3,200
Bot Huggies wipes the big carton with 6 packs inside for 2k
Got a nice towel pack of 3(2 small and 1 big) for 1,300
Caps for 300 each
washable breast pad (5 in a pack) for 1k
lady sept for 250
Got baby blanket(Teddy bear inclusive) for 2k

flowered colourful cover cloth pack of 4 for 2k
cotton wool (dele big) for 700
Got one breast pump too for 1k(manual)
I didnt have to buy more socks cos the sleep suits had sock included
I got baby shawl for 2,500 ( playsuit and socks inclusive)

Good day mamas, just came back from baby things shopping!!! I went with my mum and it was really helpful as I got a very good bargain... Got really nice things and it was well within budget. She was doing the negotiations while I was just ticking off things I have bot! I finally settled for Dr. Brown's diaper.

I guess so too but me self get my own for body! I don dey shake before the nurse put the injection..lolz. Me and needles no be friend at all! I feel better now sha after using ice..

My mamas baby things no dey ever finish ooo. So I guess it's best to buy based on priority. I just stumbled on a site," alluring grace" don't know if anyone has gotten stuffs from them. Their store is around ketu buy they also do online purchase. They seem to have nice and more affordable things compared to jumia and the rest of them. Anyone with experience

Dont buy anything u dont need. If u re buying most things at once frm one shop, there s a tendency dat d seller ll want to cheat u(as u b first tym mum).So if possible hv an idea of d prices. u musnt buy frm one shop. tk ur tym wen u go to buy, dont b in a hurry. wishing u d best.

Thanks my sis,I intend to go with mum cos I know she can price things wella but I am already doing price research. I guess some things can wait like walker cos the baby won't use it until he is like 7 months or so. At least I can get all the necessities now and get the rest later.

Trust me I will involve hubby in the purchase ooo so that he will know how expensive those things can be! I will start purchasing little by little to avoid bin choked up... May God help us all ooo

Hi dear, I don't know the quality of stuff you want to buy, just know that u need nothing less than 100k if this is your first baby. Babycot is good but if u can't afford it u forget about it. When buying cot make sure u don't bjuy the plastic ones. Go for wood. I've had mine for 7yrs and still in perfect conditionm.

Thanks mummy, I am actually a first time mum. I was also thinking in the line of 100k too. I even doubt it would be ok considering car seat and the rest of them. Hubby likes baby cot but I think it a waste of money cos most babies don't like staying inside. Abi mamas wetin make I do?

I also experience the discharge issue but my doctor says it is perfectly OK as long as it is clear and odourless. You can use a panty liner if it makes you feel better but make sure u change it from time to time. I hope this helps.

I am a silent follower of this thread. I am 20weeks gone and everything seems OK. plus I am beginning to feel baby's movement and it's so lovely! May we all carry to full term..
