It's not a vote button. It is a sort of quick/made easy reply made by Gmail based on the contents of any mail you receive via Gmail

Okay I haven't really noticed this feature till now. I thought it was like a regular outlook vote button.

I had my AC on 1st March, got a success mail on the 7th, got the invite for the PI that same day, had the PI on 24th, got a success mail on the 5th April, had to send them a reminder mail before they replied me about the PI. waiting for the next mail for them.
it's been 9 days since I had my PI I was thinking sending them a mail to ask about the result but I don't know if it's too early, what do you think. I've drafted the mail already but I didn't know how long was the normal wait time between the interview and the feedback.

okay I hope so. To all those who got a regret mail believe me I know it feels, but you've got to keep hoping and keep pushing on cos they are better things waiting for you.

i'm 8 months natural and will be celebrating my 1 year nappyversary on november 25th yayyy!. i really love my hair tho it requires a lotta TLC thats probably cos im a 4a/4b, but all the same being natural has made me appreciate myself more and i dont ever regret my spontenous decision to chop all my relaxed hair off *yeah i didnt transition*. it was hard getting used to the new me and friends asking "ohhh why did you cut your FINE hair?" didnt make it any easier but i stuck with me an im happy about it!.

Cori_corde: I'm doing my big chop on Saturday after transitioning for 8 months, can't wait!
grin cool grin
ride on sister! i BCd november 25th last year, it was a spontaneous thing and since then i've been rocking the natural look. i just wish we had some natural hair saloons in nigeria, it'll make things easier.
