DURU BULGAR WHEAT MEAL (Wheat Rice)

An Un grounded peeled seed of wheat. We cook it like rice.
Is imported from Turkey.
It has no sugar, no starch, no fat, no cholesterol. It has a lot of vitamins, mineral, fibre, calcium.
It is a sachet of one kg.
It swells a lot. 4 adults can not finish a sachet
It is 20 mins cooking.
How to cook it:
Boil enough water. Put d quantity of wheat u want to eat (for one person divide d sachet into 4 and put one portion) inside d boiled water that is still boiling on d fire and cover d pot. Allow it to boil on fire for 20 mins unless d fire is not strong enough u allow more than 20 mins, then bring it down and drain d water. Don't put another water. Just place back d wheat on fire so that d little water on d body will dry. Serve with stew or Banga stew (Ofe Akwu). It can be cooked jollof.

A sachet is N550. A ctn of 12 sachets is N6500.

If I may ask, all d trillion dollars Buharri and his APC told us that d recovered from past ministers, including d ones d said some past ministers returned secretly, what are d doing with it ? Is such statement of fund recovery false ? Was it just to tarnish d immage of past administration ? Ok what of d bail out funds of some past officials arrested (theirs and their suretees in d like sum) ? Can't Buharri start doing something with these monies than to fold his hands watching our economy going down day by day ? He should stop complaining b/c this statement he is repeating now was what he used during his campeign. He said during his campeign that if oppurtunity should be giving to him, he would fix d economy. That was reason people gave him maximum support. People are waiting to see d economy fixed. Those people that fail victim are too desperate that's why. No governor or personality of that caliber will tell u to pay money in his A/C in order to get job. It will be so degrading. We have to be wise and reasonable

D date to remit d money to single A/C should be post poned to assist d banks to finish with Christmas season lending and equally recover d loan already lent out. Remember many business people must have borrowed loan and will not agree to return it until after d season. I will eqully suggest that instead of removing Govt funds completely from Banks which will lead to d collaps of d affected Bank, let Govt rather share his institutions fund to each bank. E.g Only one bank should handle all NNPC funds, Only one bank should handle all NEPA funds, Only one bank should handle all Nigerian Aviation funds etc. God bless Nigeria and give us more wisdom.

I agree with u. A man appreached me for marriage. I accepted and gave him condition of no sex before marriage. We dated for some time . We planned to go and see my people but he later asked me to allow him to move into my house b/c of his accommodation problem but I refused. I told him that he should pay atleast my bride price b/f I would allow him. As a result, he moved on with another lady that allowed him to move into her house. Goverment should organise serious public lecture for these muslims. There should be meetings between the federal Government and d national muslim leaders on d adjustment of some berberic inscriptions in d koran like killings for Allah etc. Out - come of this meeting should be taking by national muslim leaders to their international counterparts for consideration and implementation. If international muslim leaders refuse to implement such, nigerian muslims should separate from their international community, stay on their own and observe d respect for human life and human blood. After all in christiandom, when d foreign Anglican faithful decided to engage in homo sexualism, Nigerian Anglicans pulled out and are on their own now.

D key points upon which Buhari win election and upon which northerners gave him maximum supports (stoping of insurgency and return of Chibok girls) have not being achieved. Now where is d change. I feel so much of d wickedness boko haram is meting out on my fellow citizens. My advice to people at these boko haram affected areas is to vacate that area and never go back to that area even when our Nigerian Army tells u that d have killed and cleared d whole boko haram members. If u are eating excess food u will eat a sachet up to 6 times comfortable. If u are eating small quantity of food u will eat a sachet up to 10 times b/c it rises up a lot. It did not contain preservatives. It is well dried that's why it swells up a lot.
It is 20 mins cooking.
COOKING INSTRUCTION
Boil enough water. Put d quantity of wheat u want to eat inside d boiling water that is still on d fire and cover d pot. Allow d wheat to boil in d water for 20 mins. Unless d fire is not strong enough u allow more than 20 mins. If u chew it and is like rice that is done u are through. Bring it down and drain d water. Don't add water again. Just place d wheat back on d fire so that d little water on d body will dry. Serve with stew, Banga stew (Ofe Akwu), vegetable, sours or what ever thing u use to eat rice. It can also be cooked as jollof.

What do u expect ? We are in the era of change where one should curtail his expenditure. Is more economical as no fuel is required since barrow is used.
