I gues, everyone of us gets all we need to no now. for myself, I have loads of information and I give it out, when the need arise. so sorry if you guys found anything misleading in my past post. to the glory of God myself is running tinx with Cornerstone insurance. but I need to build more on my career. love you all!.

Ok, the test I did was kinda gmat, it's almost the same question type with fidelity test. Although I don't think there were any long ass essays, instead those sentence correction questions were the option A is the same as the underlined question. I'm trying to remember cuz its last year I did mine.

Some organisations contact everyone that applied for a job opening, sending regret mails to those who didn't get shortlisted for the next stage and then success mails to those that did.

Identifying what slows one down is also helpful. For me, my pc at work is really slow and hangs often. It's really frustrating cuz what should normally take 3o mins will take me like an hour plus to do. I just get really frustrated and on edge.

So after passing the apptitude test which i happened to went 30 mins late, i was called for an interview with a French Organisation, after all the HR questions the man asked me how much do i expect as salary? i tried to dodge the question but he insist i must give him a figure. So i said 100-180k will be good. So the Man smiled and told methat the actual salary for the position is 323k. so i pretended not to be wowed i went home depressed thinking i have bleeped up....... Just Today i was called to resume next week monday

Its nemesis week for high profile thieves, read of one yesterday that was arrested while hosting a house fellowship meeting for his church. Apparently he goes to seminars and high profile events to steal as well.

UBA Plc is recruiting for a scheme called Graduate Contract Staff(GCS). Then he gave his wife ¼ of 24,000 which is 6,000
Then his two sons 2/3 of 24,000 which is 16,000
So total for wife and sons = 6,000+16,000 = 22,000
Amount remaining = 24,000-22,000 = 2,000
Remainder was divided equally among two daughters = 2,000/2 = 1,000
So amount each daughter received = 1,000
I stand to be corrected if wrong though.

Job Title: HR/Admin Assistant
Location : Abuja

Job Purpose
To provide effective and efficient Human Resources (BR) and administration services to help smooth program delivery, ensure that Oxfam meets its business objectives and mainstreams its core organizational values through the effective administration service, to manage recruitment, HR policies and procedures, keep up to date and accurate HR filing systems and support in all HR and administrative issues.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all Oxfam HR policies and procedures
Ensure effective performance management of all staff on the LINE project.
Maintain a capacity planner, and alert line managers of upcoming staff renewal dates.
Support with training and capacity building of staff where relevant.
Maintain HR files on all staff in Bauchi , including performance appraisals and leave records etc
Supervise administrative staff and ensure that all staff reporting to post holder have work plans, performance objectives and deliver to agreed set standards.
Ensure the project Office is managed proactively and properly.
Oversee the use of stationery and establish systems to combat wastage and abuse.
Ensure adequate availability and timely replenishment of office supplies.
Provide monthly admin and forecast reports for management information system, and for input into budget and audit processes.
Any other duties as delegated.

Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or any relevant equivalent degree.
Three (3) years of relevant professional and progressive experience in human resources and administration.
Previous experience working in an INGO or within a structured organization.
Excellent organizing capabilities especially in relation to HR/Admin filling! record keeping systems and procedures.
Ability to maintain individual and organizational confidentiality at all times.
