Mamas, is it okay to give water to my baby of going to 3months old dat is on ebf, cuz MIL is really pressurizing to do so. She's like we give babies water and glucose in our days and I'm like* yinmu* in your own days, you're almost 60!

Mama ve u tried breast milk? Express bm n apply it on ur baby's hair,alow it 2 sit 4 sum time den gently comb it out wit a comb.Do dis 2x daily n see d magic. U can use coconut oil as his hair cream too.... It works 4 my sis.

My baby had it too but just from d middle of his head to d front. I used boot shampoo and gently scrap with a very soft tooth brush. It cleared within 3-4 days. I use coconut oil for his hair.

thanks for d response, I use shea butter for his hair, hope its also ok? Though, the dandruff has been there b4 I started using shea butter

Mothers, it is well, the God that just did that of my sister in law after 16 years of ttc is still on the throne. Just rejoice and be glad!!!

He may b coliciky, he ll outgrow it by 3- 4 months. 4get all dose myths n diagnosis been peddeled about. U shld also watch wat u eat cos some foods aggravate it. Myb u shld try ruling out beans n dairy foods 4 now. Pele.

aww dear! huggie hugs. have you tried the tummy theraphy? lay him on his tummy during d day only o he will pass out the gas. i hope you are not taking soda cos it can make babies uncomfortable . as per constipation are you bfing or formular feeing him? if eb then you might wanna include fruits in yoour diet

I only breastfeed him and I eat fruits a lot also.

so so real my dear sister, my baby hardly sleep, and he wriggles his body somehow ad cry, some said its d navel stuff that is worrying him, some said it is constipation cuz he might not poo for five to six days, and some said it is oka(yoruba), due to one parting on his forehead, I'm really at loss of what.

Sorry for my long post and late BS, na vigilante cause am.

November mamas, easy, quick and safe delivery in Jesus name.

After d student checkd me and said I was 8cm gone, the consultant dat ruptured my membrane came to re-check and said I was just 5cm gone.

That was when I lost all hope, I got down from bed amidst their shoutings that I shouldn't cuz of my baby, they had to call in DH nd my mum, dh carried me back to bed, shortly after they went back, I got down from bed again and they asked where I'm heading to and I replied theatre that I want CS.

They called DH nd mum in again to ask me to go back to bed, I didn't even look at their side and I started shouting I want cs.

The reg doc in charge came and said though ve not dilated fully but I should push when contraction comes, that he will put his hand inside me and guard my cervix frm tearing. I pushed, pushed and pushed, only poo was coming out. The consultant came again and saw blood coming out into catheter, he said I should stop pushing and they should start preparing me for d CS, after d preparation, the reg Doc came again and said he doesn't want me to go for d cs, he said I should try nd push again, it was same result.

Afterwards, I was wheeled into the theatre, the anesthesist tried 3 places b4 getting where to place d spinal anesthesia. The doctor started pricking my tommy with d surgical scissors and I was feeling d pain, I told them and they were suprised I was feeling it, I was asked to lift my leg and I did, it confirmed dat d anesthesia dint work, I noticed someone injecting me through d cannula, that was what I knew last, until the matrons were saying "Ifeoluwa, wake up, you have a baby boy" I couldn't open my eyes cuz it was heavy, I could only hear them. All in all, I thank GOd and the medical team on ground on that day, they were great.

On getting to the labor ward, the membrane rupture was something else, a matron tried it and couldn't, said the membrane was not bulgy not until another consultant came in, after many trials, it was successful.

And then d real contractions started around 12noon, the HO in charge said they were not adequate and the hot drip was passed. Then the real thing started, around 6pm, I was checkd by a matron, she said I was 7cm gone, later checkd by a midwifery student, she said 8cm.

Season 1

It all started on d 12th of oct, went to hospital to complain of on and off abdominal pain, was checkd and was 2cm.

Was told I will be admitted, I told them I want to go home, not until d docs nd nurses startd abusing DH, dat he shouldn't av allowed me to make such decision dat I submitted. For 3days, it only increased to 3cm.

And I startd telling them I want to go home again, until thursday morning that d consultant in charge came, checkd me and said I was 4cm stretchable to 5. When she discovered ve been there for four days, she started shouting at d REG doctors that they should av done something to augment the labour since d 2nd day I came in, she asked them to transfer me to labor ward for membrane sweep and afterwards to rupture the membrane.

Congrats dear n glory b 2 God 4 seein u tru CS. Ur bs is a bit like mine dou I didnt experience much contraction durin my labour. The pains after d CS was ntn 2 write home abt as I had 2 lay down 4 3 days b4 I was able 2 overcome d pains n d fear n try 2 get up cos d more I stay on bed d more my days of stayin in d hosp increases. My lo was also taken 2 d new born ward bt I was able 2 start bf him as soon as I started walkin again.
So my dear, try as much as u can 2 try n get up n walk, wt 2 or 3 trial, u ll get ova it n b able 2 walk n go 2 c ur lo.
That's motherhood 4 u, bt my prince is always my consolation n joy.

To God be the glory, my bouncing babyboy arrived thursday around 11:50pm via CS due to prolong labor. So cute that I couldn't sleep cuz I kept looking at him until he was taken to children's ward due to regurgitation and some other little things.

Can't stand on my own yet, can't walk yet also, is it me or its normal cuz? d pain is something else. I just can't wait to go and see him at d ward.
