Yes please. Which is faster and does having bsc only stands a good chance of success? Plus i took IELTS and my overall score was 6. wanted to also k now if it will help our chances if my wife take the test as well and can i start the process while she takes the test and we await the result?

Dear vo ,I have applied severally and was refused, my intentions are genuine and I have strong ties to my country, as a matter of fact I have recently travelled to Canada and I presently have a valid 4years visa. I run an Ngo which I happen to be the president and I have a conference to attend in October but I don't know how else to convince the consulate of how important the conference is to me. I wouldn't want bd refused this time so as to enable me attend the conference. What do I do?
